Description

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 1st floor unit. No stairs! Self check-in with keypad. Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door.

Kitchen: Newly updated floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Enjoy The smart TV and the golf arcade game! Access to golf course view balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: One King bed. TV.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Three queen beds. Two are in bunk bed style. TV.

Bathroom 2: Connected to bedroom 2 AND access in the hallway.

Balcony: Beautiful golf course view. Incredibly spacious!

Pool: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex. Typically, the pool is closed for the season from October 15th until April 1st. The pool deck itself should remain open.

There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.

Golf clubhouse: Walk or drive over to the World Tour Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.
NOTE: The water heater is only a half size and, therefore, can quickly run out of hot water when doing consistent laundry, showers, etc. It will quickly refill - but we like guests to be aware!

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Right on the 9th hole green, easy parking, good golf course. The condo was clean and comfortable for us on a golf weekend. Location was 15 minutes to Boardwalk and lots of restaurants. We would certainly stay here again.

Steve Was a very active and phenomenal host. He was accommodated our stay due to travel changes. He had recommendations for amazing local restaurants. Which we shared with our team since we were in town for a baseball tournament. He also gave us access to amenities that was usually geared for locals. He went above and beyond, next time we are in town. We hope this place is available. We absolutely loved it, thank you!!

Steven was a breeze to talk to. Only downfall was that I wish there were blackout shades in the bedroom since lighting outside was bright. The condo was spotless. Both the little kids and us not-so-little kids enjoyed the Golden Tee game arcade. The pool was lovely. Overall, the area was clean and we had a fantastic stay.

I CANNOT praise this place or the hosts enough! From booking until the end, communication was ON POINT! The hosts were gracious! Each time I reached out, they were kind and quick to respond. The unit is beautifully decorated, in pristine condition, and cleaned to perfection! Pictures DO NOT do it justice! Kitchen utensils and supplies were well thought out down to the spice rack! It is perfectly located across from the pool. My 3 teens especially loved this and the 3 large beds in one room with the connected bathroom which made it easy for bonding time. They easily connected their gaming systems and even played the arcade game which was a BIG bonus. The golf course is serene and beautiful. I sat on the oversized loveseat and watched the golfers for morning quiet time before the family got up. With this place, you get the blessing of quiet and privacy while being in close proximity to the beach, shopping, activities, and restaurants. I’m SO glad I booked it, and I can’t wait to return.
