This place was perfect for our annual golf trip, plenty of room for all 8 guys on the trip. Steven was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything in Steven's place was excellent! We had an issue with the golf simulator, but Steven and his team worked overtime to help fix the issue. They also mentioned they would make sure it was replaced and working properly.

This was our 2nd stay and was just as good as last time. Steven was responsive and helpful in messaging. We had 12 men stay for a golf retreat. The only issue we had was the bunk beds aren't great for adult men. I would say it is slightly better for a group of 10 if it is adults only. If there are kids, you could do 12+ easier. We only had 2 VERY SMALL issues during our entire stay. 1. A few of the glasses had chips in them and one of our guys cut his lip slightly. 2. The rocking chairs on the main back porch probably need replaced as they are old and cracking. I would totally rent this place again!

House was great and Steve did everything he could to take care of the issues that were caused by the previous person renting. He responded right away and was proactive with sharing information about the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that asks.

I was part of a group of families staying at this location for a week vacation. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating and made everything very easy. The home was clean and looked even better than the photos with fresh paint and updated furnishings (we booked over a year in advance). The location is excellent with a very short walk to the beach that we all certainly appreciated. We all really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Steven was super responsive and always available if needed. The house was incredible and exceeded all expectations! The views from the house are gorgeous and the amenities were great. Kids loved the game room after long days at the beach and pool and the adults loved relaxing in the hot tub. We’re already planning a trip for next year and can’t wait to book again!

The house was very nice, clean, and roomy. though many repairs were needed. Amenities were as described. Perfect perfect location. The beach walk is quick, and it was never overcrowded, the hot tub, outdoor shower, golf sim, and game room upstairs were perfect for the crowd! Bathroom shared with bunks attached to king room could use work, the plug for bath didn’t work either, so we couldn’t use for our toddler, but there are other baths that accommodated that need. The hardware in the kitchen kept falling off cabinet doors, and there was one broken outdoor chair. Overall great home, just needs some things fixed, and it would be great to have a rental that had beach towels available so we didn’t hug to lug those things from Ohio on a plane. Would also be nice to have a spare toilet paper roll in bathroom, since we started with half roll. It was a really good last minute pick, and again overall the house was in the perfect spot with beautiful views! Nice beach decor.

We had a lovely time! The house was perfect for our family get together. The living room/kitchen area was large enough for us to all gather for dining, games and just being together. We enjoyed the great variety of games and activities on the first and top floors. We had easy walks to the beach, the inlet, the pool or the near by restaurants. Hosts were quick to respond to questions and concerns before checkin and during our stay. Highly recommend

The house was amazing. Comfortable, clean and spotless. The hosts were so responsive and the house was so fun with the golf simulator and hot tub. I actually somehow managed to leave a bag with two laptops and my entire purse at the house and the hosts answered right away and contacted the cleaners who had found the bag and we were able to pick it up. Literally saved the day and our vacation! Couldn’t be more grateful.

I went on vacation with my family and my sons (18y/o and 21y/o home from college -spring break) The home was just as described. I loved how beautiful it was decorated, the space was perfect(enough room for everyone), and the amenities were my favorite! We played games daily and really enjoyed family time and fellowship! I will highly recommend to family and friends.

Steven, Austin & Clayton are a team of wonderful Men that truly has an amazing home! My sister recently passed on 1/9 & she was planning her birthday (3/7) for the beach. So the family decided to complete her plans. She would’ve enjoyed this home! This home is flexible for a group of adults just trying to have a good time or a family group. We had a family group with toddlers & all. The up to date house has many levels to it which is great for large crowds because everyone was entertained. The kids STAYED busy in the game room & in the garage with all the amenities. It’s so well worth it. The hosts responds really quick to resolve anything. I’m such an overly “informative” person that I thought I was bothering them by keeping them posted on things & they were so welcoming. The beach is literally across the street & you can see it from the balconies. If you’re bringing a family… No worries because the host has majority of cookware etc that you’ll need. I will book again💜

Our stay at Steven’s place to spend time with family and closest friends for the new year was amazing! Nicely decorated home with plenty of seating and sleeping arrangements for large groups. Steven and his co-hosts are wonderful! I enjoyed the spa bathroom with jacuzzi tub! The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Seating in the living room was perfect for what our group needed and even the bar stools have backs on them for comfort. We loved our stay and would love to return in warm weather to enjoy more of the outdoors! Thank you, Steven!

The house was good for our family. We met here for Thanksgiving weekend. It has nice space for gathering. Lots of stairs, so if you are bringing little ones, bring all the things you would need for them. Gates are not provided so this was a little stressful with the stairs. There were no ping pong balls for the table, that was a bummer because our family likes to play ping pong. There’s not a lot of parking. We had 5 families and had to get creative with parking due to having 5 cars. The host was responsive when reaching out and acted quickly to the other concerns we had. We had a nice weekend and the location was great for beach access.

This house was exactly what we needed! We were portions of 4 families that came in for a baseball tournament that ended up getting rained out. The boys didn’t want to leave the house! The game room and finished garage area gave them so much to do. Our group of 12 had well over enough room to eat and hang out together. Steve would respond within minutes every time I emailed a question/clarification. Even though we never made it to the fields, Steve’s house helped us have an amazing time! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a mom’s weekend away and my friends and I had the best vacation ever! It was so gorgeous and peaceful and a great location.The hosts were very responsive with any questions. Gave great recommendations and communicated clearly. We are already planning on coming back next year. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in a peaceful getaway to the beach !

This house was the perfect spot for our family reunion beach trip! Awesome location & easy access to the beach. Pool was an added bonus! Teenagers loved all the activities in the house (game room, ping pong, darts, Xbox) and never got bored! The beach at this location was great, family friendly, wide nice Sandy beach. The hosts were very communicative and very thorough! They were also proactive with suggestions and very responsive if we needed anything. Thanks for a great week!
