Welcome to Sand Dunes Resort located in beautiful Myrtle Beach! This is an oceanfront unit, so not only will you enjoy the unparalleled views from the condo, but it only takes a few minutes to get down to the beach. The unit is conveniently located on a lower floor, offering quick and easy access to the pool area, on-site restaurant, and main resort amenities - perfect for guests who want everything just steps away.
Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home. Each stay includes towels, linens, and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner; however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Being so close to the pool and main activity areas, the balcony can be lively at times, especially during peak hours.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot/garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rearview mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex elevator available. Self check-in with keypad - go straight to the unit, no front desk required.
Kitchenette: Equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker for your morning needs.
Bedroom: Two queen beds. Oceanfront balcony access.
Bathroom: Tub/shower combo.
Balcony: Private balcony with an unobstructed ocean view, overlooking the resort’s lively pool and activity area.
Beach: Walk just a few minutes through the resort to access the beach. Multiple outdoor showers are located throughout the complex to rinse off sand.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. A starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is included, but guests will be responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay.
Washer/Dryer: Laundry facilities available within the resort.
