It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access parking lot . The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 2nd floor unit. Elevator available! Self check-in with key pad.

Kitchen: Newly updated floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Sleeper sofa. Access to unique sitting room!

Bedroom 1: King bed.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bathroom 2: Hallway access.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds.

Complex Amenities: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex. Gym.

Beach: PEAK SEASON ONLY - The Tupelo Bay Golf Villa Beach Shuttle typically runs from Memorial Day through August. Each day after that the shuttle service will begin at 9:00 A.M. ending at 4:00 P.M. Hope you enjoy your time at the beach. This shuttle is run by a 3rd party and no guarantee of operation.

Golf clubhouse: Walk or drive just over to the Tupelo Bay Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.
