It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access parking lot. No parking passes required. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 3rd floor unit. Elevator available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, and more!

Family room: Spacious area with plenty of seating! Enjoy the peaceful balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: King bed. Bathroom attached.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds.

Bathroom 2: In the hallway.

Balcony: Spacious with seating!

Amenities: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex. Operation subject to season and HOA schedule. Fitness center.

Beach: PEAK SEASON ONLY - The Tupelo Bay Golf Villa Beach Shuttle typically runs from Memorial Day through August. Each day after that the shuttle service will begin at 9:00 A.M. ending at 4:00 P.M. Hope you enjoy your time at the beach. This shuttle is run by a 3rd party and no guarantee of operation.

Golf: Tupelo Bay + others nearby as well.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

This unit is by far the best we have rented in Tupelo Bay. We will be choosing this unit every time. Kitchen was well stocked with great cookware, the unit overall was very clean. The beds were actually super comfy, not your typical springy hurt your back type. Steven was a awesome host. We look forward to next year!

My family of 4 (including 2 older teens) stayed here along with 2 grandparents and we had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! It was exceptionally clean. Motion sensor nightlights in hallways were an appreciated feature. Stairs to 3rd floor are not bad, but there is a luggage caddy on wheels and an elevator, if needed. The whole place was nicely stocked with anything we needed plus some bonus items. The kitchen had plenty for us to use to cook our meals, even an air fryer!Parking was always available. The host was responsive when we had a little trouble with the keypad. We were in town for a Ripken baseball tournament in Myrtle Beach but wanted to stay away from the crowds. It was exactly what we needed for the trip and we would definitely stay there again.

My family and I felt right at home here. We were sad we had to leave. The place was cozy and clean. The pool was huge and we were surprised there was an indoor pool as well. If you stay here, make sure to go out to the balcony and say hi to the turtles! We are excited to come back next year. Thank you Steven & hosts!

Perfect vacation choice for a large group. The property was equipped with an abundance of amenities and is in a convenient location relative to grocery stores and restaurants. The host is extremely helpful and clear with instructions. I would definitely stay here again

To be honest, this is the best AirBnB me and the family has stayed in in a long time. Plenty of things to do! The location was perfect for a family with the beaches and local scenery not being to crowded. The host was very proactive yet respected our privacy at the same time. Very nice neighbors. The condo itself was very spacious with a nicely stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this AirBnB and I'm looking forward to coming back again.
