Summertree Village Unit C2 Pool view

This place was perfect for my family. We are very reserve family and like a quite and private area. It was not far from shopping centers and places to eat. This was our second time in this area just a different house we stayed in. A great time was had!!!

This was our first family vacation and staying in an Airbnb. We could not have asked for a better experience and felt like we were right at home! The condo was beautiful and in the absolute best quiet location but still very close to the beautiful beach! Everything was as pictured and very clean. We appreciated all the little details Steven put in to make our stay so comfortable including checking in and the restaurant recommendations. We can't wait for our next trip and will be reaching out to stay here again!

The condo was very nice, unfortunately we did not enjoy the full experience due to the tropical storm Debby which resulted in our early departure.

Wow! Absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back. Picture don’t do how beautiful the place is. We had an amazing time for Memorial Day weekend, beach is 2 min walking and place is spotless!!!

We had a ball in this property! The home is very comfortable and the beachy theme was really neat. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the beach is closer than we had expected. Special things to mention: The beds were all comfortable, the 2 screened porches were great. They were safe and secure so the kids could hang out safely. We would like to rent again.

We enjoy our stay, the beach was a short walk away and they provided beach chairs and a wagon(which my 2 year old enjoyed being pulled in on the way to the beach). We did experience a few cleaning issues but Steven addressed them fairly quickly and was accommodating. Which we really appreciated. I have already recommended this place to a friend of mine that is thinking of taking a trip to NC.

The beauty of the property and how it is perfectly appointed is only surpassed by the accommodating hosts who communicated all instructions and replies thoroughly and promptly. The property's proximity to the beach makes it easily walkable, and it is quiet. Few properties have both indoor and outdoor pools, which is another reason this property stands out for comfort, convenience, and value.
