Q: Can I Check-In Early or Check-Out Late?
❌ Sorry, due to the cleaning schedule, early check-in and late checkout are not available.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
✅ Nope! What you see is what you pay—no resort or surprise charges.
Q: Are towels and linens included?
✅ Yes! Each guest gets 1 bath towel + 1 washcloth, and all beds are made with fresh linens.
Q: Is parking free?
✅ Yes! Free off-street parking is included.
Q: Do I have to clean before I leave?
✅ Not at all—you're on vacation! We just ask that you:
• Empty the fridge
• Bag your trash
• Load and run the dishwasher
Q: Can I bring my dog?
✅ Maybe! Small dogs are allowed with prior approval and a $150 pet fee. No cats, sorry!
Q: Can I smoke in the home or on the decks?
🚭 No smoking of any kind indoors or on balconies. Minimum $250 fee applies if violated.
Q: Are dishes and cookware provided?
✅ Yes! The kitchen is stocked with essentials—bring your favorite seasoning or that specialty appliance you love.
