Sea Mystic Unit K Ocean view

We loved this spot! Great view and quiet area! Apparently we are not in the shape we thought we were bc 3 flights of stairs is rough lol! Other than that we would totally recommend it!

The location was extremely convenient and the living space was quite cozy. The balcony has a really nice view of the ocean if you’re up on higher floors. Additionally, the host provided beach chairs and other beach materials, which was a welcome surprise. My only complaint would be the lack of basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt or pepper, maybe I'm just spoiled at others I've stay at. However, there were plenty of pots and pans and the fridge was a good size too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was right across the street from the beach and the perfect size for our family. Close to a ton of good restaurants and amenities.

The unit/building seems old but is in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen is filled with random dishes/silverware and old pots and pans (not fully stocked), and there is no toaster. Upon arrival we noticed stains on our comforter and sheets, sand on the sofa, the washing machine smelled very moldy/musty, and the dryer was full of sand. There was no vacuum or broom. Steven did send someone out to replace the bed linens right away (the new comforter was stained as well so we went to Walmart and get blankets to use for the night), and offered to send someone out to clean the dryer. He also informed me that the oven was not working and had scheduled someone to come fix it the following day. We ended up cutting our stay short by 3days as this space was not what we expected. In my opinion, it’s a great place for college kids to crash for a beach vacation but not for families. I do want to say that Steven and the property manager were very friendly and responsive!

The staff were very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The place was very nice and cozy. We loved the decor. The oven didn’t work and the stovetop eyes were unpredictable which made them a little difficult to use. The staff did send over a repair guy but unfortunately he was not able to fix the issues during our stay which caused a waste of food that I bought to cook and we were forced to eat out for every meal. The unit is located on the 3rd floor which made it difficult to bring things up and down. The building and unit could use some repairs and updates, but overall it was a pleasant stay for 6 days. I would definitely stay again and make adjustments for the things that I’m now aware of. Again the staff was awesome and they did try to fix issues that I brought to their attention

I LOVED this condo! It’s a fabulous location with easy beach access and lots to do nearby. The remodeled kitchen was a huge bonus as well. Steven is the best host in the Myrtle Beach area, by far!!!
