Sea Marsh II Unit 504 Oceanfront

We enjoyed our stay at North Myrtle Beach. It was a windy and cool week, but that didn’t stop us from playing a few rounds of golf, having delicious meals out and then coming back to our condo, which felt like home. The ocean is so close at high tide, you could throw a rock into it. Seeing the full moon reflect off the water from the balcony was a great way to end each day. The condo was just as described and the hosts were wonderful. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place right in the beach. Gorgeous beach for walks and sunrises. We drive about 25-30 min towards Myrtle beach for better restaurants but were fine with that. Host was available to answer any questions. Great place to spend the weekend.

Steven was an absolute pleasure to rent from. He was very responsive, helpful and kind. He also allowed us to check into the condo a couple of hours early, which is always helpful and appreciated. The condo was extremely spacious and had everything we could need. It was by far one of the largest, most spread out 3 bedroom condos we've stayed at in Myrtle Beach. The balcony was fantastic, especially with the comfortable seating. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, this condo was well worth it to stay and we would absolutely stay here again. Of course the easy access to the beautiful beach makes it worth it as well. Plus, the Cherry Grove beach was far more quiet and peaceful than if you are further south. My family and I spend 2 weeks here and it was an amazing time thanks to Steven and his crew.

Our family had a wonderful time and the home was exactly what we needed for space and time together. The oceanfront patio was perfectly set up for conversation and comfort. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of having the chairs and umbrella available for use. The kids, aged 2 through 13, had a blast! Steven and his team have a jewel here! Wouldn't hesitate to reach out again for our family vacation in the future! Thank you Steven!

Great location - beach was never crowded, but just minutes away from local restaurants and activities. Condo was clean and just as described - well stocked with most anything you may need. Hosts were very proactive with communication and local recommendations - would definitely stay here again!

Place was great. Porch furniture makes awesome nights to watch the stars and listen to the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were brand new. Beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

Communication could not have been any better. Very responsive !! We had one minor issue (shower drip) which was addressed the same day. The condo is decorated so comfortably and I felt at home. The balcony has incredibly soft outdoor furniture which allowed us to sip morning coffee in comfort and listen to the waves in the evenings before bed. Although there were only four of us who stayed in the condo, there was plenty of room for more people. We enjoyed playing board games (several on site) at the large dining room table. The kitchen had lots of pans, skillets, cutlery, dishes…a very nice air fryer/toaster oven, blender and more. Also, our hosts sent me restaurant recommendations at my request and checked in to make sure we had all we needed. Thank you for a much needed restful vacation on the beach!

The condo was in a perfect location. Very peaceful and the beach was not overcrowded. The condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable - kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend adding a pizza pan to the kitchen. We had an issue with the washer/dryer - not sure which one left black streaks on many articles of clothing. We had to be very careful and use the delicate cycle. Not sure what caused the issue. The only other recommendation - we needed more kitchen towels - we only had one - which meant we had to wash it often. Other than those minor issues - the place was beautiful and we had a fabulous time. The hosts were very responsive. They replied in most cases in less than 5 minutes.

Condo was exactly as described and photos were accurate. Everything was new and fresh. Loved the ocean view from the balcony and the few steps to the beach for walks. Steven and his co-hosts were very responsive and followed up after check-in to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommend reserving any property that Steven lists.

We had a great time! Kitchen was well laid out with a lot of gadgets. Master Bed was very comfortable (living room sofa not so much). Nice closets with plenty of hangers. Place was fragrance free which is important to us because of allergies to smells of all kinds. Beach was right there and excellent views of sunrises (when the Lord graced us with cloud free skies). Surprised to find luggage trolleys in ground floor. Car park was awfully tight (I scraped my car against a pillar while turning a tight corner). All in all, a very nice place except for the garage.

This property is at the far north end of North Ocean Blvd. This means that it is more quiet and less crowded than properties to the south. The beach here was absolutely awesome with fewer tourists and more locals populating it. Beach access is very easy and having beach chairs available in the condo was very handy. Although many diverse restaurants are close by, we fixed our meals and ate in as a family. The kitchen and its furnishings were beautifully stocked and arranged for this. Our bedrooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Altogether, we agreed that we had a restful and restorative week together.

Condo was much more spacious than the pictures made it seem. Great kitchen. Lots of towels, pillows, and blankets. Plenty of beach chairs available. It was a very short walk to the beach. There’s plenty of parking, but the garage is a little tight if you have a larger SUV. It’s a 5 star condo. I wish they had better posting about the garage clearance and tight corners.

If you're looking for a peaceful area to stay, North Myrtle Beach is definitely it and, this location is excellent, as it's only a few buildings down from the "end" of the beach (quiet, fewer people, lots of empty, open beach and water). The unit is amazingly large; a lot of space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, baking dishes, silverware, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Coffee pot, Air Fryer, toaster, etc. Master bedroom is crazy big! Loved the couch in there and the room to move around, plus the walk-in closet that had hangars and extra blankets/pillows and a laundry basket (loved this!!). Other two bedrooms were beautiful too. All bathrooms very well decorated and supplied with places to store items. Loved all the little decorating touches throughout the unit; excellent use of space overall and felt like home. Deck sold us and it didn't disappoint - seating out there was comfortable and welcoming. LOVED this unit; thank you!!!

The owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any question. The condo view was amazing and we spent time on the balcony in the mornings and nights. We loved being directly on the beach which made it easy to spend the day there and pop back for nighttime walks too. The condo was more spacious than we expected with enough room for everyone to have their own space when needed. We had a great time.

We had a lovely stay here. Very comfortable and well furnished condo. The kitchen was well stocked — more than enough dishes! Bedrooms were nice though the bathrooms are very small. They provide just enough toiletries for a day, so definitely bring your own - especially shower gel, shampoo, etc. Overall, my family had an amazing stay here. The beach was perfection ☺️ And the host was very helpful and shared a lot of information.

Great location right on the beach with quick and easy access near a less busy area. Not the hosts fault, but make sure to take umbrellas/use the umbrella the hosts provided as tents are not allowed on this beach - we found this out as we were putting together the tent as a group of 6 with 2 young children. Balcony view is amazing and gets a great ocean breeze. Also, the building is near the end of the road so there wasn't much traffic around the area making it easy to get in and out of the lot. Parking is usually a stressor for me and, as others have mentioned, parking is tight but with patience and a couple times navigating the garage you'll be fine. I had a large suv bigger than anything I've driven before and made it work just fine. Multiple co hosts made communication very easy. They were all very helpful in providing information on the condo, their local recommendations on food and things to do in the area, and communicating very quickly. I definitely recommend staying here!

had a lovely stay, enjoyed the calming interior colors, pleasant view with a nice breeze on the balcony, very close to the ocean — just down the elevator then a ~30-second walk to the sand, very short walk to a quieter, less congested, more interesting part of the beach near the inlet, clean place, etc etc

Wonderful condo on the very tip of North Myrtle Beach. It was great for our family and so peaceful. Close enough to the fun, but away from the not as nice areas. I will say the only downfall, and this is not the owner's fault at all, is the parking. There are only 4 spots outside the parking garage for large vehicles, and unfortunately they were usually full. I wish we had known how tight the garage is. We actually sustained damage to one of our trucks during this trip because of the parking situation. Any full sized SUV or truck struggled to get parked (not just us!). We joked that my husband got a few extra gray hairs during this trip just because of the parking :) Again, nothing with the condo itself, it is a perfect location and we really enjoyed ourselves! Thank you for letting us rent for the week. A lot of wonderful memories were made. The host is wonderful and super helpful as well!! Definitely recommend!!

Nice size bedrooms and has three full baths! Fantabulous refrig- actually makes “whiskey ice balls”- i don’t know what you really call the ice balls Very nice kitchen-needed bigger bowls to make salads and other things Nice selection of casual books to read. Quiet- felt like no one else around, but there were people next door to us The children enjoyed the enclosed pool- really great on the first day- windy and pretty cool outside Beach chairs,umbrellas and toys provided were an asset and used. Overall- nice place to spend time right on the beach for a week!

The location is perfect! We visited with another family and there was plenty of room for us. The beds are comfy, which is a HUGE plus. We loved drinking our coffee on the deck every morning. We appreciated the beach chairs and sand toys. Steven was super communicative and responsive. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here so much we’ve been talking about coming back next year! Check in was super easy, and we were able to check in late with no issues since our plane landed late. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We absolutely loved that there were beach chairs for use! Last year we stayed in a different condo and had to rent chairs on the beach which was super expensive! Little tip the maintenance man gave us for the pool….turn the black knob to the left, type in code, and then turn the black knob to the right. The pool was great and we were always the only ones in there. This was by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! (The beds were also super comfortable and the porch overlooking the ocean was so relaxing!)

Steven and Clayton's condo was the perfect size for celebrating my niece's birthday. There was plenty of space for the seven of us and we needed all three bathrooms for all the ladies!! Steven, We fell right into place when we entered your Airbnb. Everything in its place, nice and comfy for me and my sisters. We thank you and your host for great recommendations and for accommodating our last minute request. This condo has a great view of the ocean with easy access to the ocean front. Lots of amenities- Washer/dryer, Keurig, Beach chairs/umbrellas, books and games!

Absolutely amazing. Clean, gorgeous, watched dolphins from the balcony, very responsive hosts that respond within minutes, beds were more comfortable than the beds at home, and lots of room. Our family of 8 plus an infant fit didn’t feel cramped at all. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. We hope to be back! Thank you!

I’ve stayed at many different air B &B’s and they were not fully equipped as this was. I came from out of state and didn’t need to go purchase any household items! The view and condo are beautiful, the communication response from the host is instant. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Cherry Grove. The view is amazing! The unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. The beach is an easy walk from the unit. About as close as you could ever be!

Someone had to give the first review and it’s us this time. We travel all over the world and never stay in Airbnbs without reviews, but this place had too much to offer to not try and so glad we did. My short answer… “Fabulous just fabulous!” More details, Other than needing a few small touch ups of paint here & there, this place was absolutely wonderful. The entire building is a bit dated, but so is nearly every building in Myrtle beach. Hallway leading into this place was a bit musty, but once inside, very pleasant. Extremely comfortable, very clean, homey and warm. Yes, ocean front. We didn’t brave the pool because it’s February, however we saw others swimming in the covered pool area. Has 2 master bedrooms with kings and 3 full baths. 1 large bunk bed. “Comfortable beds.” Once on ground floor, you walk right onto the beach. Kitchen was epic, living room awesome. Balcony was dreamy. For our beach anniversary trip, this place was a huge win! If you are considering, look no further.
