Welcome to this serene condo located in Cherry Grove! The unit is in Sea Marsh I, which is about as far North as you can go in North Myrtle Beach.

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: From the parking garage, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.

Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Keurig coffee machine.

Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views.

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Balcony access.

Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Comfortable king bed

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Sleeper sofa.

Bathroom 3: Full bathroom w shower/tub combo.

Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool and open year round!

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys in the condo for you to use.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
