Welcome to this glamorous oceanview condo! The unit is in Sea Mark Tower, which is ideally located in the northern section of Myrtle Beach - just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The unit is completely updated and very spacious, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: From the parking lot, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.

Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Large family room area with oceanviews. Enjoy TV and the indoor fireplace!

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. The room has ocean views and a private access to the balcony.

Bathroom 1: Newly renovated stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bed with attached bathroom.

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 (also has hallway access).

Bedroom 3: Two single beds.

Balcony: Beautiful, breathtaking, and unparalleled Oceanview. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool: Complex has a shared pool and hot tub! The pool is open from April through October. The hot tub is open year-round.

Beach: Take a very short walk down to our beautiful beach.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
