Sea Mark Tower Unit 905 Ocean View

When renting Steven’s unit the positive reviews, quality photos, and amenities stood out. However, there was issues with the property once we checked in. My family struggled to be comfortable due to how humid the unit got. The bedroom with the king size bed got really hot and the bed and carpet felt wet. There was a noticeable mildew smell and visible mold damage in the ceilings as well as air vents (the air vents also leak). Additionally, the fridge had a strong fish smell that we tried to clean but it lingered our whole stay. I made sure to let Steven know about the issues on the first day and asked for a dehumidifier.. however he said he didn’t have one and his response lack urgency for a solution. I had to directly contact air bnb support for help before they provided any help. Eventually we got a dehumidifier on the third day and they had someone come check out the unit but no immediate work was done. All in all, the property needs updates especially for what the cost is.

This was a wonderful location for my family of 5 on vacation. We loved Steven’s condo and look forward to staying again in the future. The condo was neat and super clean. We had plenty of space to hang out as a family and enjoy many dinners in rather than out every night. Steven was beyond helpful with great knowledge of the area and awesome recommendations.

Spacious walkable to beach and coffee restaurants. Pool was cleaned daily as well as the hot tub . The kitchen space was tight however it did have a washer dryer that came in handy.

Definitely recommend Steven place we had a peaceful trip everything was nearby the beach was a 2 min walk also they are greattttt with communication …the house we really clean i would book again

Our host were very responsive, even though it was a holiday stay. The condo was very clean and cozy. Perfect for our family’s thanksgiving getaway! We would definitely stay again! The view was spectacular!

We had a wonderful stay at Stevens pad, our favourite was definitely the balcony view . It’s well located, a short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants in close proximity. It was a clean, well stocked apartment, and we would love to come back.

This was a wonderful stay. My boys have gotten older an a hotel room was out of the question. The master bed was extremely comfortable! The place was so peaceful not crowded at all. Even had the pool to ourselves for 2 hours. We would love to come back!

Overall, the stay was comfortable and very much enjoyable. My family really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing is there were a few racist people that lived on the property. They would say and do things that clearly let you know the were not fond of black people. Other than that the stay was peaceful and great
