Exactly as listing describes. Quiet end of Cherry Grove. Perfect for quick getaway with fully stocked kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. Would definitely stay again.

The place was nice but the lights were out in the bathrooms until the evening before we left The batteries were out on the door lock fir one afternoon and could not get in door.

It was just as shown on the listing. However, the kitchen has very few cooking items! The unit didn’t feel quite as family friendly as we had hoped, as we like to cook meals in and enjoy the quiet/downtime together at the beach….but with that said the unit is right on the beach and has a wonderful view. The maintenance personal kept the walkway to the beach and parking lot hosed off and were extremely polite. We never had an issue with finding parking. The pool card didn’t work, but we quickly learned no one’s was working…but we all were able to adapt!

In a few words, my experience was extremely disheartening based on the expertise from Airbnb, and the commitment from the host. It took two hours to get into my unit from which the battery had died. That was the only way to get into the unit. The back up key was also not accessible. The property manager and a police officer had to come out and try to fix this, because the property manager doesn’t like a little profanity. However, no physical violence was, threatened, I do plan on filing a large lawsuit, and put all of this experience to the Better Business Bureau of South Carolina, and Horry county. I would advise everybody to reconsider this unit, and any properties this host is in charge of. This was one of the most traumatizing experiences I have ever had to deal with on a vacation. My son, my wife and I had to leave our vacation early because we did not feel safe in the unit after this experience. I warn everybody to please do not use this post, and probably consider not using Airb

Hi David, To address your inaccurate retelling of events: Our team spoke with you on the phone around 1:00 am at your request immediately upon learning of your alleged lockout situation. You chose to aggressively curse at us repeatedly and demand someone come to the condo, hanging up on us multiple times and ignoring our repeated attempts to help you troubleshoot the lock. Due to your threatening tones, aggression, and erratic behavior, we called the police to escort us for safety purposes. When we responded to you at the condo, the officer and us found you in a concerning state, as you were carrying around a trash can in the middle of the parking lot at 2 AM and saying you had reported us to the Colorado and Florida BBB (states we were not located in, or near). Upon reaching the condo we discovered an interesting fact: your family was in the condo the whole-time and could have let you in at any point (your apparent partner remarking that she was sorry, and you were "just very worked up"). Our team replaced the lock batteries and reviewed the lock history, showing that you were "locked out" for no more than 20 minutes total from 12:40 to 1:00 AM (before your family opened the door again), yet you still demanded our team show up to the property despite you having access. Nevertheless, we were glad we were able to assist in this matter as we are always happy to assist our guests.

Loved the place and the location on the beach. It was private and perfect for our family vacation. The house was excellent and very responsive! He even got us in the room early which was great and very helpful! Highly recommend!!!!

Steven was a great communicator! The place was as pictured. The apartment itself was newly remodeled and very clean, however the building was not the best. The deck needs some work, I did not feel it was safe. It also might be helpful to know you have two flights of stairs to climb, which can be tricky going to the beach with a 2 year old. I would not recommend this place for 6 adults. We had 3 adults and a 2 yr. old, which worked well for us. Steven has worked hard to make his place nice! He was helpful and kind! It did serve our purpose and the price was very reasonable. It was easy to get to beach. I don't like giving negative feedback, but I do want to be honest for the next renter. Overall I give it a 4 because of the building and the deck.

- The photos match the actual unit! - Only steps away from the beach! - The pic doesn't do the ocean view justice as the unit is even closer and the view of the beach is extremely clear! - Hosts were friendly and responsive! - Main bedroom was a bit smaller than anticipated - Only 4 towels and 4 washcloths for our family of 4 for 2 nights. - Laundry facility in the building but not within unit. Only accepts coins and there is no change machine. Would have to visit a bank or ATM and pay a fee, find a store to ask for change and then drive back to unit to wash. Too much of a hassle - Very private and family beach area but would have to walk at least 2 miles for dining. Not ideal as we prefer not to drive.

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed for our family of 6! The bunk beds were a plus! Everything was neat and clean. The environment was very calming. The hosts literally responded to any of my inquiries almost immediately. Would definitely visit again, and I have referred listing to several others.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved being right on the beach with easy access. Condo was as seen in the pictures. Very clean. Host was in daily contact before, during and after with instructions and suggestions for where to eat. Would definitely book there again.

My friends and I had a girls beach weekend together. The four of us were so comfortable and all slept great. We enjoyed the living room area with room for all of us to lounge and saw dolphins jumping in the water from the balcony. We felt right at home and the host was very attentive to our needs. Great stay!

This place was so beautiful and extremely clean. Pictures on the site are accurate. The view from balcony is stunning! Chairs are perfect to relax and watch the ocean. I even saw a couple dolphins from the balcony. The kitchen was ideal for cooking. We only went out to eat twice while we were there. Master bed room is large its own private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Much attention to detail. Both bathrooms are clean and roomy. Living room couch was super relaxing for several people to chill out on. Really nice TV to watch a movie. Soft quality pillows and throw blanket. My teen daughters and husband loved the place too! So close to the point at cherry grove. I would definitely recommend Steve place to anyone visiting North Myrtle beach. Cherry grove is the cream of the crop and this place definitely will not disappoint! Thank you Steve for make your place so special for others to enjoy.

My family enjoyed their short stay to the beach but we’ll most definitely be returning very soon. This place is amazing and the pictures online didn’t do it any justice. The view of the beach from the balcony is breathtaking. Our host was very hospitable and responded to any questions we had in 30 minutes or less.

Steven was a wonderful host and Sea Cabin was the perfect location for us. Everything was clean and in working condition. Beautiful view off the balcony. Absolutely as described - everything was new and spotless. The view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning and just steps to the beach. Steven and co-hosts were very responsive to any questions or issues. This was one of my best airbnb experiences. I will definitely book with Steven again.

My family of 5 really enjoyed staying here. It was nice to be steps from the beach. Place was clean, had plenty of seating, beds were comfortable. We did run into a few minor issues while we were there but the hosts were very responsive and quick to take care of everything. We would definitely stay there again if we decide to return to North Myrtle.

We loved our stay! The condo was very updated, clean, and the amazing view from our side balcony was 😍 perfect! The hosts were always very responsive and friendly! This area is very peaceful and the walk to the Cherry Grove point was a short walk! The ease of the keypad verses a key was on point. We didn’t have to worry about keeping up with keys. I would definitely recommend this condo 10/10!

We had a great experience. Oceanview condo on the 2nd floor. Self check in and entry was easy. Condo was well decorated and clean. Absolutely loved the master shower! Great communication and response time from the hosts. Overall everything was fantastic! We look forward to visiting again!

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful time. There are a few restaurants near by, the host even sent a list of some restaurant recommendations. The host also had great communication throughout our entire stay. I appreciate that he let us check in earlier than our normal time. Highly recommend!
