Sands Beach Club Unit 312 Oceanfront

Had a nice stay with young kids that just wanted to run around on the beach! Steps from the sand, Steven's place was great for us and had nice amenities. Beach was not crowded like other nearby areas. And there was a cute little inlet we enjoyed watching from our balcony. Steven's place had everything we needed, he was super friendly/helpful, and we would definitely come back.

Beautiful right on thr inlet! Very convenient there was plenty of space for my fiancé myself and my 3 kids! The only thing is make sure you don't get a place right down the road mixed up the names are one word different. I contacted them and immediately got a response and then a phone call to further help me find the right spot! Very clean nice unit easy access!

The location is on point. We loved that it was not overly crowded on the beach the week of the fourth. Steven was very responsive to all messages. They even notified us that property was ready for check in earlier than 4:00pm which is a rare occurrence in our experiences. Only regret was not being able to experience the 4th activities since we felt this property appeared front row. This was not owners fault that property was already taken when we booked. Thanks for sharing your property.

Beautiful spot away from all the traffic and craziness of Myrtle Beach, all you need is within a mile from the condo..

Steve's home was the perfect getaway got my family. The homed was just as ut was described with a beautiful view of the ocean. Steve was an awesome host and available to help and answer any questions. We would stay here again!

If you’re looking for a Myrtle Beach stay that’s not too busy, but still has lots to do in the area - this is it! What we liked: -How close the place was to the beach (which was never crowded) - about a minute walk -The balcony had a great view of the beach & the river -The pools & hot tub on the property were never crowded -The place was pretty quiet - we never heard noise from any of the other units. -Great communication from the host - he even messaged us with some food recommendations for our stay -The place was clean, had what we needed for kitchen utensils, & a Roku TV What we didn’t like: -The listing stated there were beach towels, but there was only 1 we found. Which was all we needed, but a few more would have been nice -There was a lot of sand in the sheets in one of the bedrooms - almost like they hadn’t been changed from the previous guests -The master bath handle screws were loose, so we couldn’t flip the showerhead on until we messed with it -No salt or pepper
