It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.

Entry: 1st floor unit. No stairs required! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, coffee pot (uses filters), pots and pans, and more!

Family room: Enjoy the golf course front porch via sliding glass doors. Cable TV. New sectional couch!

Bedroom 1: Golf course views from the bedroom! 1 queen bed. Cable TV.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1 - Shower/tub combo!

Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed. Smart TV in the room - sign into your streaming services and enjoy!

Bathroom 2: In the hallway. Stand up shower.

Porch: Beautiful golf course view. Spacious!

Pool: There is an outdoor community pool & hot tub in the complex - only a few minute walk away.

The outdoor pools open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th. Currently it is closed, but will reopen mid-week of April.
The indoor pool is open at 9:00 am and closes at 9:00pm from October 15th through April 15th. The hot tubs open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th

Golf clubhouse: Drive just .5 miles up to the River Oaks Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

The house was very comfortable. My grandfather loved it and this was his first Airbnb ever, so I really appreciate that he was comfortable. Most of all the golf course view was spectacular! I would only recommend that someone cleans the patio area regularly, as it was a bit dirty, which is normal for outside spaces. We had everything we needed and the instructions were super clear.

My only complaints was the sheets on one bed were silk like and the pillows were flat. Other than that, the rest of the place was great, The closeness to play golf was great and the area had a lot of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely do it again in the future.

The hosts were great and very responsive whenever I had any questions and also gave us great recommendations to try while in the area. This home was amazing as it was right by the airport and was celebrating my anniversary. If you have kids or are just a couple looking for a peaceful getaway with lots to do within minutes of the area definitely recommend this stay.

My parents & I loved staying at Steven’s place. Very neat, clean and quiet location made it a great & peaceful stay for our time at the beach. The location was also super close to the beach, restaurants and other local places for entertainment. Steven and his co-hosts were very communicative and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay at Stevens. The listing was accurate . The kitchen was stocked with many necessities and kitchen tools . We really appreciated the extra towels left for us to use . The host was very friendly, responsive and provided a lot of recommendations in the area. Had a few questions and the host replied almost immediately. Will save this listing for future visits to Myrtle Beach. Due to weather we didn’t get a chance to use some amenities . Condo is close to local Publix ,restaurants and shops . Less than 10 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach and other local attractions. However overall stay was great.

Good place to stay for vacations with family. Nice place as it’s in the description. Good access to the main roads to the beach and very helpful hosts I recommen them to stay with them.

The house was very comfortable. My grandfather loved it and this was his first Airbnb ever, so I really appreciate that he was comfortable. Most of all the golf course view was spectacular! I would only recommend that someone cleans the patio area regularly, as it was a bit dirty, which is normal for outside spaces. We had everything we needed and the instructions were super clear.

I would recommend this place for both long and short term vacations! Has everything you need and we were only three. Steven was very commutative throughout the entire trip which was a plus for us, with local recommendations and helpfulness. Will definitely be booking again if in the area!

My only complaints was the sheets on one bed were silk like and the pillows were flat. Other than that, the rest of the place was great, The closeness to play golf was great and the area had a lot of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely do it again in the future.

The hosts were great and very responsive whenever I had any questions and also gave us great recommendations to try while in the area. This home was amazing as it was right by the airport and was celebrating my anniversary. If you have kids or are just a couple looking for a peaceful getaway with lots to do within minutes of the area definitely recommend this stay.

Really loved this condo!! Very nice and clean. Not too far from anything. Nice view of the golf course. Decor was really lovely. I definitely would recommend if you want a nice peaceful stay!

My parents & I loved staying at Steven’s place. Very neat, clean and quiet location made it a great & peaceful stay for our time at the beach. The location was also super close to the beach, restaurants and other local places for entertainment. Steven and his co-hosts were very communicative and helpful during our stay. We would definitely book with them again.

We enjoyed our stay at Stevens. The listing was accurate . The kitchen was stocked with many necessities and kitchen tools . We really appreciated the extra towels left for us to use . The host was very friendly, responsive and provided a lot of recommendations in the area. Had a few questions and the host replied almost immediately. Will save this listing for future visits to Myrtle Beach. Due to weather we didn’t get a chance to use some amenities . Condo is close to local Publix ,restaurants and shops . Less than 10 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach and other local attractions. However overall stay was great.
