River Oaks Unit 18H Near Golf Courses

Hosts were extremely responsive to everything. The place was fine and no issues at all. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area. This was my first time using AirBNB and I didn't honestly know what to expect. I expected a clean "condo" with everything listed on the site and that's what I got. When a couple of really minor questions came up, I got almost immediate responses. Thank you!

The apartment is very clean and the location very safe and has a view over the golf course from the balcony which is very agreeable. it is very well equipped. however some points deserve to be addressed. the maintenance of the entrance door needs to be done urgently, the treatment of cockroaches. What was shocking for me was to be warned about insane rules, such as finding 2 pieces of paper torn out of a notebook and written by hand, which they told me corresponding to the parking passes and would be refunded $75 each if lost and $300 for the pool pass. Also, $75charge for each 15 min spent beyond 10 AM check out time when everywhere check out is at 11 AM and nobody threatens you if you're packing your bags and it takes 10 min longer.

The parking passes and pool pass charges are part of our policy to protect these amenities, and the late check-out fee helps with scheduling and preparation for the next guest. We had a great stay for our vacation. Being on the golf course provided easy access and encouraged us to play a round. Pool was easily accessible. Great distance from the beach and from Camp Bow Wow, where we had boarded our dog during the trip. Many restaurants were close by which provided many options

Such a nice and friendly host! Not to mention a beautiful scene on the porch watching golfers or wildlife in the pond. Very clean and felt just like home. Lovely neighborhood, quiet, and safe. Pool was lovely too. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about Steven and this beautiful condo! Check in was so quick and simple, just had to type a pin into the keypad. The condo is beautifully set up and has everything we could have needed. The in unit washer and dryer allowed for quick clean up after a day at the beach. The location of this condo was amazing. A quick drive to the beach or town. We enjoyed spending the mornings on the balcony and swimming in the pool. Steven and other hosts were very informative and offered various restaurants and things to do locally. We’d love to return to Steven’s condo for our future trips to Myrtle Beach!

Other then it being a little dirty and having to clean some things when we first checked in it was somewhere to sleep and rest at the end of the day wasn’t the worst wasn’t the best looked cheaper in person then the photos make it look

I had an amazing stay. The check-in process was easy and simple. The view from the balcony was so beautiful, and the place was spotless upon arrival. The place looked exactly like the photos, and it was super easy to find the unit. The pool is within walking distance, they offer free parking and it’s about a 10 minute drive to all attractions. The hostess replied very quickly whenever I had a question. They even recommend some awesome restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. If I ever decide to come to Myrtle Beach, I will definitely stay here again. I’m so happy I found this place. I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect place if you’re a golfer or visiting your kid in college (within 10min of Coastal Carolina University). Place was spotless and smelled clean. Steven and his co-hosts were quick to respond to inquiries and always seemed happy to help. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to Myrtle Beach alone or with your significant other!

What a great stay and a great location. I was in town to umpire a baseball tournament and had games all throughout the MB area. The condo was in a perfect location, close to major attractions and restaurants. I will stay here again!

Perfect location, very clean and tidy. Had a small issue with the TV not working 1st day and the team were very quick to respond with a same day visit to check out the problem and supply new replacement which was excellent service. Won’t hesitate to book with this company again.

We are active people, Steven's place is located in an area that allowed us to do all of our activities. Good communications with host and co-hosts. Overlooking a golf course provided a great view and peaceful.

Great place to stay if you want to use the River Oaks Golf Club (separate fees), which you can watch from the back screened in balcony. Great value for the price. Easy drive to beaches. Hosts were very responsive, and even brought a new vacuum for our extended stay. High time for Airbnb in general to have higher requirements for extra deadbolts on e-locks for nighttime and a secure Internet solution, though.

We enjoyed the private location as well as the amenities (pool and hot tub). It was quiet and we’ll cared for which was nice. I worked a lot so was happy with the internet connection as well. Then porch space was awesome and I was able to work out there. The golf course was also good. We had a lovely time overall! To improve our experience the only suggestion would be to get a more supportive bed and bed frame. We enjoyed the couch and kitchen table area for hanging out but the bed was uncomfortable and felt like it could have broken/not the best wood frame. Loved the place and experience and would stay again if there was a new bed!

Very friendly hosts and very clean! Looked like the pictures posted. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with answering any questions. Definitely recommend this stay for anyone in the Myrtle Beach area, it was nicer staying off the beach than on the beach strip. Overall great vacation and close to everything you could think of.

Our stay was AMAZING! We were close to all the best thing at Myrtle Beach but in an extremely peaceful area! The host were quick to respond to any messages and even sent us suggestions of things to do! The condo was clean and quiet. The pool felt private and was extremely clean! I am going to be honest staying here I completely forgot I was in Myrtle Beach!!! It was peaceful and a nice, quiet getaway from the busy day we had! If you are looking to getaway but also enjoy the fun of Myrtle Beach this is your place! We travel down to Myrtle often, especially for sport tournaments, and we will definitely be rebooking!! What a great place and wonderful hosts! I was in town for business so I didn't make use of the extra amenities (pool, etc), but I'm sure I will next time. The screened in balcony was a delight! The unit was perfectly clean from the moment I walked in. Hosts were friendly and immediately responsive. It's tempting to give a low review so it will be available when I go back! But, it was perfect. As the kids say, 10/10, would recommend.
