Welcome to this incredible, top floor, oceanfront condo! The unit is in Raintree Villas, which is located in a very popular section of North Myrtle Beach. Large balcony!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You are able to bring up to 2 vehicles, you will have 2 parking passes for your stay. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **Stairs required - no elevator** This unit is on the 3rd level.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views.

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Queen & twin beds.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom. Tub/shower combo.

Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Top floor.

Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor saltwater pool! **Closed for winter starting October 15th**

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs in the condo for you to use.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
