It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Entry: **NO ELEVATOR - 3rd floor condo with stairs**. Self check-in with keypad.

Parking: 1 parking pass provided. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: King bed.

Bathroom 1: Attached.

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.

Pool: There is a complex pool.

Laundry: On-site shared laundry available.

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. We only provide bath towels (no beach towels) and washcloths. We also do not provide extra towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility available on site.

Supplies: Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided, but the guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We fell in love with this condo the first time we stayed here. The beach access is incredibly convenient, making it easy to spend the day by the ocean and be back in the condo within minutes. The unit is clean, well maintained, and has a comfortable layout that's perfect for a couple while still offering plenty of room for a family of four. It's a relaxing place to unwind, and we're excited to share it with future guests.
