Nicely kept place. Clean and newly remodeled. It’s nice that it’s in a low rise condo complex. Keeps it quiet and less crowded. Host did a great job of communicating and offering recommendations. Thankful for both of those gestures.

This condo is wonderful and we had a great and easy stay. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. When we arrived, the unit was clean and quite comfortable with a lovely ocean view. I would definitely rent this condo again!

This is our 2nd stay at Steve's place. First of all, the house is immaculate, has everything you need for a family vacation. The spices, dishes and pots and pans are great if you want to cook. Many games, a TV in every room, and a view that is unbelievable of the ocean and in ground pool. The master bedroom has a small balcony and living room has a screened in porch that you can sit and rock while listening to the ocean. The pool is also private. I had an issue with one of the TV's and messaged him. Very shortly after he responded with instructions and I figured it out. But he's great with response time. I did NOT have any issues with the Condo, my grandchildren and I had a wonderful time thanks to a safe, clean and perfect location. You are on the beach just steps from this Condo.You're a little bit away from the center so it's more quiet. Yet all the attractions, restaurants, and food stores are all very close. I highly recommend this listing. Loved my week there! Thanks Steven!

We choosed Pelican’s Watch for a birthday getaway and it was absolutely a great decision The house was as described, right on the beach We sat down together on the little balcony and listen to the sound of the waves It was amazing …. ****Steven is a wonderful host always responsive , checking on us during the whole stay making sure we had a 5 star stay…**** I will recommend this place to anybody going to Myrtle Beach 🏖️

The pictures don’t lie, you are steps to the beach in a quieter area. Only a short drive to Myrtle, restaurants, barefoot or broadway. The location is central to everything. The unit has everything you need, is spacious and inviting. Would recommend to everyone and would absolutely come back.

Great location and home as described. We were overall quite pleased with property and all amenities, kitchen supplies, etc. Ended up being fine for our group, but tighter on policies than I’ve experienced with other renters. Specifically we traveled there amidst a hurricane and would like to have seen more up front flexibility, acknowledgement, and understanding aside from directing to Airbnb or insurance. There was also less flexibility and greater financial penalty than I’ve seen from other properties related to checkout time. Again, overall greatly pleased and things could not have worked much better despite the tighter and less flexible policies we have become accustom to with other rentals.

Steven’s space was wonderful. He was a great host, very quick and responsive to any questions I had. The home was clean and very spacious for myself and 5 other people I had with me. The bed arrangement was great for us and his home was clean and cozy. There were tons of different board/card games for us to play (and we used them every night). It’s located in a great spot on the beach with easy beach access and close to the pier we walked to. The pool in the building was great and clean as well. There were many kitchen essentials to use also which was very convenient because we didn’t eat out everyday but it’s also easy walking distance to restaurants. Steven sent me his favorite recommendations which was very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend staying at his place, I definitely will be returning for my next beach trip.

We loved the area of the condo in N Myrtle Beach. Although the building is older this condo has been thoughtfully renovated making the most of the space. The primary bedroom was beautifully done and had a beautiful ocean view, as did the den and screened porch. The home had most everything you could need for your stay and then some (5 nice beach chairs) and we won’t hesitate to stay again. The 3 separate bedrooms were great for our family and the 3 bathrooms made the stay even better. Kitchen had new full sized appliances to accommodate any food storage and cooking planned. We didn’t need to contact the hosts during our stay but their communication before and after was great.

We had a great time at Steven’s place! It was so peaceful. Our favorite thing was sitting on the screened in back porch and listening to the ocean. My family of 6 had a great stay at Steven’s and Austen’s place. The views of the water from the master and living room were fantastic. Less than 2 min walk to get right to the shore. Elevator access worked during our stay. They have plenty of water toys and chairs to use however it was cloudy and partly raining so we did not use during our stay. No issues parking our one rental car with the provided parking pass. We also never ran out of hot water which was a plus (see listing) however we did have a slight issue with the thermostat and getting warm but the hosts were very responsive to address the issue. They have playing cards and board games galore- nice touch for families. They also provided local recs for food and things to do in the area which was very sweet. Kitchen is very well stocked we didn’t miss anything and we had plenty of towels, tissue, paper towel and even toiletries! A huge plus. We would love to stay here again.

I mostly communicated with Austen on our trip and let me tell you he was amazing! We had an issue with the bathtub draining and he came out the next day to fix it immediately which I was really impressed with. The space was beautiful and clean and in a part of Myrtle that wasn’t as commercialized so it was quiet and very peaceful and not at all overwhelming for my toddler. I would totally recommend staying here and would love to book again for future stays.

We stayed for a week with four adults and two kids (age 6). The place was perfect! The kitchen and house had everything that we needed. There was more than enough room for our family. It was the perfect location and we were on the beach or at the pool within a minute of leaving the front door. The hosts did everything to be helpful and ensure that out stay was amazing.

Loved the condo. Spacious accommodations and very clean. Carts and elevator to move your stuff. Easy access to both beach and pool. Family friendly. Some restaurants close by but mostly bar food from what we saw. Small store for supplies. Most others are within a short drive. Limited beach supplies (chairs, 1 umbrella, no cooler) so plan accordingly. You will not be disappointed.

This was perfect for our family of 9! The view was beautiful and everything was walking distance. The beach and pool are literally right in your backyard. The house accommodated 6 adults and 3 kids perfectly. We all had somewhere to sleep comfortably and all had a bathroom!

We absolutely loved our stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. Amenities were perfect. They had everything you could imagine you might need. Communication was great. Very thorough instructions. Any questions were usually answered within minutes and always within the time limitations specified. We were very nervous to finally see the place as we have been told horror stories of places not looking as they appeared online but as soon as we walked in the door those reservations quickly disappeared the minute we saw the view! The ocean is so much closer than we expected. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

Very nice and clean. Right on the beach with a nice view of pool and ocean. Pictures are spot on and the appliances and bathrooms are new. Lots of extras from games, blankets and fans. A tad expensive but you pay for the view/location and updates. My kids were happy not to share a room! Close to a couple bars and lots of golf close by. Our room was ready and had an electronic lock which was a nice touch. We didn't need the host because we had no issues. Kroger is close by for snacks and drinks. The only negative was the elevator not working (they did tell us). 3 flights with luggage was a good workout.
