Pelicans Watch Unit 210 Ocean view

We had a great time at Steven's condo in Myrtle Beach! The space worked well for our group of 5, and we especially enjoyed the screened porch with ocean views. It was very convenient to walk right to the beach and we also enjoyed the pool in the complex. Parking was easy and there were always spaces available. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for us to make simple meals. We would certainly stay here again!

Me and my family had an amazing time staying at the Pelicans Watch. Steven our host was very helpful and attentive during my stay which made me and my family very comfortable the entire trip. I’d recommend to anyone to come check this spot out!

The apartment was pretty much exactly what I expected from the listing - beautiful view of the ocean from the screened porch and perfect amount of space for our total of 5 guests. We could have fit 1 more, but they weren't able to make it. The space was incredibly clean, the community was surprisingly quiet, it came equipped with just about everything we needed (the central AC was a luxury in July!), and the decor was modern & perfect for a coastal town. The only downsides were that it was too hot to enjoy the porch and we wished beach towels were provided. Some of my favorite extra touches were: the overhead light in one of the bathrooms had a Bluetooth speaker in it to play music while we got ready, there was a cooler in the closet we could borrow for the beach, and the communication by the hosts leading up to and during our stay made me feel very well cared for. We wish we could have stayed longer - thanks, Steven!

This condo is located in an absolutely perfect location. Steps to the beach and the pool - we didn't even put on shoes to walk to them! Very quiet area, clean pool that was never crowded, plenty of parking. We could eat on the screened porch and watch the waves every morning. There's a screened porch area before you enter the condo with room to park your beach wagon and all your beach toys, and there's an umbrella and toys provided in case you didn't bring anything. We plan to stay here again when we return to Myrtle Beach!

Such a peaceful area to walk and enjoy local places to eat. The location was perfectly described and the condo had everything we needed for the trip. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Our family enjoyed the week long stay and the home was everything we wanted and needed. The beds were all very comfortable. The complex was deep cleaned early each morning and ready for the next day. The groundskeeper did a fantastic job of keeping everything neat and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

This condo was very nice. Very clean, spacious for four adults, and right on the beach. The hosts had starter supplies of shamp/cond/body wash/lotion, paper towels/toilet paper, dish washing soap and detergent and garbage bags. Beach toys and chairs were available to use. Kitchen had everything needed to make/serve food. A couple of things to note: 1. Bring your own beach towels/blankets 2. The seating arrangement in the family room is not conducive to group tv/movie watching All in all, I recommend this condo and would come back.

We stayed, (6) adults on our house hunting trip to Myrtle Beach. Steven’s place was perfect and beautiful. Wish we had spent more time on the beach and enjoying the view but between weather and house hunting it was not possible! All in all, easily accessible to everything! The unit was beautifully decorated and clean. All were quick to respond to any questions or problems. I would highly recommend this to any family without a doubt and if we had the need I would definitely stay again. Thank you! ?

From beginning to end, Steven and his team were exceptional! They would respond within minutes to any questions or concerns that I had (before, during and after our stay) and were quick with an answer or remedy. The condo was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. We traveled with my 80 year old parents, one of which has some mobility issues, and the condo is right off the elevator. This would typically mean "noisy" in a hotel, but this complex was so quiet and peaceful. There are several luggage carts to help with loading and unloading too. My parents were extremely comfortable and enjoyed having their coffee on the screened in balcony watching the sun rise over the palm trees and ocean. The beach access was steps away which is a huge bonus. There are all sorts of beach toys and chairs to utilize while staying as well. I found the bed to be very comfy, while my hubby said it was a bit soft for his liking. Looking forward to staying with Steven again next year!

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the near future. My husband has mobility issues, and we couldn’t have asked for easier parking and nearness to the elevator. The condo was clean well stocked. Access to the beach was a real plus.

Great place to stay. Great room, balcony, right on the beach and a couple minutes away from everything else. Would definitely stay there again and wouldn't even look for somewhere else. Don't check out late tho

The hosts were incredibly quick at responding and helping with any questions we had. We arrived a little ahead of schedule and requested the cleaning crew clean this condo first so we could have an earlier check in. The location was great. About a 3 min walk from the door to the ocean. The hosts gave great dining recommendations. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It's located just steps away from the beach in a quiet area, yet it's located close enough to get to some great restaurants and attractions. The elevator just steps from the front door made it so convenient to bring all of our beach stuff down. The hosts were wonderful at providing recommendations and any information needed. If we could give this place more than 5 stars we would. The location was perfect steps away from the beach. The unit was by far the cleanest and most well kept AirBnB we have stayed at to date. The host did everything they could to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Wish all vacation rentals were up to this standard. We will definitely be back. Thanks Steven, Clayton and Austin!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! Steven's place was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 plus a baby. Everything was clean and neat, and essentials were well stocked. The view of the ocean from the balcony is better in person! Pelicans watch condos are very quiet, private, and not crowded with people at all. The location is perfect! There are places to eat and shop within walking distance and only a 5 minute drive to more shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. My girls really appreciated having a pool to swim in when the beach was too hot or when it was really windy. This was such a stress free trip, and we left not feeling like we needed a vacation after our vacation. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was perfect for our family of six. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. The location was great, right on the beach. The beach here is beautiful, it reminded me of beaches along the Gulf coast. The condo was nicely renovated.

Everything about this listing was 100% Accurate and Just like the pictures! The pictures don't do the view any justice. I loved the privacy of it all! It is in a community with older residents and the elevator is out but we still enjoyed every minute of it! I would DEFINITELY recommend this condo and will book again! Thanks!

Took a pit stop at this beautiful unit on our way to Florida. The layout was great for 2 couples, giving a bit of separation/privacy to each. It was nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The beach was nice and family friendly. Just a mile or so away were plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would stay again!
