Description

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: There is a complex elevator. Self check-in with keypad. 1st floor (elevated from the ground).

Kitchen: Fully renovated! Fully stocked to include cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans!

Family room: TV. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony with views of the ocean (Not able to sit on - not wide).

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Two beds!

Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2. Full shower/tub.

Bedroom 3: Half bathroom attached.

Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3. Half bathroom - toilet and sink only.

Balcony 1: Spacious. Beautiful oceanfront views. Incredible view for sunrises!

Balcony 2: Attached to bedroom 1. Standing only.

Pool: There is an oceanfront complex pool.

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer in the unit.

Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests.

Steven was a great host, but his property needs a lots of renovations. The place had a strong smell, bed and pillows were old…. Not comfortable at all. The bathrooms were dirty and the shower door was about to fall. The location was great.

Excellent views. Exactly what I wanted. The kitchen was great, but the rest really needs some serious upgrades in furniture. The master shower was awful.

We also wish we would have had a chance to address any concerns you had while you were staying with us, as the only messages we got were in reference to accessing the laundry room. We took a look at the master shower after you checked out and weren't able to find any problems. That said, we are always happy to accept critical feedback and improve experiences for future guests!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach. The home was clean and spacious and my wife loved hearing the ocean and seeing the sun rise in the mornings.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelicans. The building is aging gracefully, but our unit was squeaky clean and comfortable. Having the porch was so relaxing, if we weren’t out on the beach we were camped there. We really appreciated the high water pressure and that it isn’t soft water. The area is super walkable, with Flip Flips bar, Megladon Coffee, pizza, ice cream, abc store, and a tourist trap gift shop just one block away. Things to know for your stay: under the main walkway there are buggies and luggage carts, the pool is lit at night so don’t sleep in the front bedroom if you like it super dark, and the beach does not allow sunshades/tents but does allow umbrellas. We even found some really pretty shells lower down on one of our morning walks. Staff were visible and kind, but don’t arrive early or your car really might be towed. We were lucky to speak with a staffer and not get towed since we arrived at 2pm but check in was at 4pm. 10/10 would book again!
