The place is very comfortable and has just about everything you need. The proximity to the beach is a huge bonus.

Condo was as described. The best part is its location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staff was attentive and responsive to our needs. Condo accommodation our group of six perfectly. Improvements: cleaning staff needs to properly clean. They need to clean the condo as if it was their home. That is no reflection on the owner or condo.

Great place! Loved we had everything we needed in walking distance! Steps to the beach and pool, along with a couple restaurants and a general store! Walmart was only 6 minutes away with many more attractions! Our part of the beach was not over crowded and I felt right at home!

Location was great, however there was hair in the sinks and showers when we arrived. Wet and dirty dishes in the cabinets, chunks on food still on them. The kitchen table chair broke when our pregnant guest sat down for dinner, when we mentioned this issue, it was quickly brushed past. There were blood stains on the wall, probably from a previous guest who also fell on the broken chair, along with on the pull out couch bed sheets, so it was unusable. When these issues were brought up to the host, he asked for pictures, which we provided, and then said his cleaning team said everything was in order so he disregarded everything I sent him. We wish the host would’ve been more responsive to our complaints of the cleaning and lack of furniture safety problems we encountered.

Hey Georgia! We are sorry to hear your experience at the condo wasn't what you had hoped. We are dedicated to providing high quality stays and exceptional hospitality, so we always take it very seriously when negative feedback like this is left. Unfortunately, it sounds like our perspective of the story is quite different from yours. Prior to each guest, we receive pictures from our cleaners and send a property inspector through to make sure the unit is guest ready, so you can imagine our surprise when the only pictures you sent (a couple days into your stay after you had been at the property 24+ hours) did not match our time stamped ones from your check in day. Instead of giving us an opportunity to send anyone to address your concerns, you demanded reimbursement stating that if you did not receive money back, you would leave us a negative review, which is against Airbnb policy. Upon further investigation after your check out, we did not find blood on the walls, and the futon sheets were clean, unused, and located where we informed you to look for them. We are always happy to respond immediately and address any guest concerns and encourage our guests to reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help them out during their stay. We unfortunately can't reimburse inaccurate claims multiple days into someone's trip if their only intention is to get money back.

Great place to stay! Perfectly located; building is right on the beach and the unit has a nice ocean view. Also, very close to restaurants and other attractions. Steven’s listing is very clean and comfortable. Looks exactly like the pictures and was a really great price. Totally worth it!

This was a mini vacation/college visit. Took advantage of shows and activities at Broadway at The Beach, local restaurants and the beach which is right behind the condo complex.

My family had a wonderful week at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was exactly as described! Hosts were fabulous! Definitely will come back again!

Thank you so much! My cousins and I wanted to do something for our husbands this weekend, and not be so far away from home. This space was perfect for us. Everything was just as pictured. Very clean and well stocked with everything from the kitchen to bedrooms. The hosts were excellent with responding to our needs. Must Stay!!
