It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: There is an elevator. Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad.

Kitchen: Newly updated and fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Access to the peaceful balcony via sliding glass doors. Sofa bed!

Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony via sliding glass doors. 1 King bed. TV.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds. TV.

Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Half bathroom attached. TV.

Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3. Half bathroom - toilet and sink only.

Balcony 1: Spacious. Sights of the ocean. Incredible for outdoor dining, card games, or meditation!

Balcony 2: Attached to bedroom 1.

Pool: There are 2 complex pools. Operation hours and schedule subject to HOA rules and regulations.

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit.

My husband and I stayed here with 2 other couples and very much enjoyed our stay. The natural light in the unit was great and it was plenty of room for the 6 of us to comfortably stay. The easy walk across the street to the beach was great. The area itself was nice and quiet, but still close enough to access anything we were looking to do. Would absolutely stay here again!

Definitely had a wonderful experience staying in Steven’s home. He was very responsive and also helpful in providing local restaurant suggestions. Although I had difficulty finding the building when I arrived, I messaged Steven and he provided clear and precise instructions on how to locate the building. This home and its location is everything. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

Brought my daughter and her friend for my daughter’s 16th bday and we were very impressed with the size,cleanliness,location and price was very reasonable for 7 day visit during spring break. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Myrtle/ N Myrtle Beach area. If you know the area this is on Shore Drive which is a very well known area with many things to do and places to eat and have fun.
