It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 1st floor *raised - stairs or elevator is required* Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad.
Please be advised that there is a ring camera.

Kitchen: Newly updated and fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Access to the peaceful balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony via sliding glass doors. 1 queen bed. TV.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds. TV.

Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Half bathroom attached. TV.

Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3. Half bathroom - toilet and sink only.

Balcony 1: Spacious. Incredible for outdoor dining, card games, or meditation!

Balcony 2: Attached to bedroom 1.

Pool: There are 2 complex pools. Operation hours and schedule subject to HOA rules and regulations.

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit.

Recently stayed at the end of July! The place is truly amazing! It’s a 3 bedroom condo with everything you need! The kitchen was fully stocked! There is a washer and dryer. The pool is right out front. The beach is a 2-3 min walk. The condo was clean. Ocean Annie’s is 5 mins away [walking]. Everything store wise/food is very close! 5 min drive. Bimini’s is good and affordable. Get their early. There was beach toys and chairs which is why we booked this place. The condo area was clean. Overall I thought this place was a 10 out of 10. Everything is close. Walking to the beach was easy. Food options are close! Downtown Myrtle beach is 20 mins away but it’s nice to stay up north away from all the noise! I would stay here!
