House was very nice, like new. All new appliances, tv’s in all the rooms. Great fenced in backyard if you have dogs. Backyard has a lot of sitting areas, very nice. Nice location, close to a lot of different types of restaurants.

The location was great, my family and I have visited Myrtle Beach before, but this is our first time with a rental. The home was clean and had all the amenities needed for a home away from home including all kitchen gadgets. Steven was a great host and was extremely responsive when I had questions. We were close to shopping and restaurants including the ones that Steven suggested. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!!!.

Loved the spot, the yard, the deck, the people around and could go from 11th to 46th in golf cart so was awesome. Nice space and will come again

We really enjoyed our stay at Steven's place. Spacious enough for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom but still small enough where everyone is close and can spend time together. House was clean and cozy. Back yard was securely fenced in and perfect for our dogs to enjoy. We had issues with the keypad not working but Steven was quick to respond and fixed the issue. Would definitely stay again.

Steven’s place was beautiful, clean, close to restaurants, the beach, and things to do. The fenced yard was perfect for my two dogs. My family loved being there and can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely loved this house. The set up was incredible. Everything was so nice yet. Clutter free exactly the things that you needed trash cans in all the rooms was amazing . Everyone got their own shower. If I come back to Myrtle Beach, I will definitely look for this house first. One thing you do want to make sure if you bring your little ones there is a ceramic vase in the living room that I was scared. My baby was going to break. All I did was set it in the laundry room til our stay was over .

Highly recommend this lovely home! Comfortable furniture and beds, very well-equipped kitchen and beautiful, private backyard. We were especially grateful for the great A.C. as it was super hot out. It's an easy walk to the beach and convenient to all North Myrtle restaurants & stores. Steven provided great communication. Wish we could have stayed much longer!

Steven’s place was very clean and great amount of space! Perfect downstairs for a small dog! Renting a golf cart at the corner made the walk to the beach very fun! Will definitely stay again when back in Myrtle!! Thank you Steven for a great weekend at the beach!

This home was fantastic! Very beautiful and in a peaceful and quiet part of N. Myrtle. A short walk to the beach. Best part of our stay was the host, I sent him questions before and during our stay and Steven responded very quickly. We’ll definitely stay here again on a future family trip!

This place was amazing! It had the perfect set up for our family’s needs and was super clean! We absolutely loved the house and the hosts were so accommodating. We booked here after having a terrible experience with a dirty AirBnb from a different host and Steven accepted our request and got us in the home in less than 2 hours. The home has everything you could need and is so close to good shopping and the beach. We loved this place and will definitely be coming back! Thank you Steven for saving our vacation!!

Well appointed house with complete amenities… house was clean and just as described. We were out most of the days we stayed, playing golf at some great courses, but the house was clean, roomy, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Thank you!

This was my first trip to the beach in a long time. The home was very nice and clean and everything was just as described. Owner and hosts were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this home. There is plenty of room and we enjoyed our time!

Loved my stay here. The biggest draw for me was that the location was pet friendly AND had a fenced in backyard, which is not often easy to come by. The neighbourhood itself was quiet and the beach was a short walk away, which was another bonus. The house is beautiful. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and plenty of storage space so you don't need to live out of your suitcase for your stay. Having a washer/dryer was a great feature, too. Hosts were quick to respond to any question I had. I will definitely be booking here again and would recommend this stay to anyone.

This was a great getaway my family and were abke to enjoy 3 wonderful days. My wife and I walked to the beach with our dog and had a wonderful day there. My next visit will definitely be longer, can't wait to visit again

This place was beautiful! He was very friendly and responsive. He offered food suggestions as well. I would definitely come back in the summer so I can enjoy the backyard patio and grill. Highly recommend this house! 10 out of 10!

My husband and I had a great time in North Myrtle Beach, celebrating our 'babymoon,' and a large part of that was this house. Truly a gem, it was within walkable distance to the beach, 1.0 miles from Barefoot Landing, and provided a comfortable & cozy home away home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our labradoodle too! Any amenities we could have possibly needed were provided and the porch and back deck were great for enjoying our morning coffee. 100% would recommend this home to renters who want that "home way from home" feel, close to restaurants/shopping but not necessarily in the heart of traffic/activity, easy access to the beach, and enjoy spending time outside (because the backyard and patio space is top notch).

If you are looking for a place look no further! Everything about our stay was perfect. From the communication prior to coming to the consistent and quick communication throughout the trip. As for the house it was even better than the pictures. It was extremely clean, very cozy, beautifully decorated and absolutely gorgeous from the outside to the inside! Another thing we enjoyed was that we could bring our dog. Most places like this would not allow you to do. Our dog is like our kid so it was great to have her along! As for the host they were so unbelievably kind and gave us great recommendations unprompted! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and allowing us all to have a home away from home! Book it you won’t regret it :)

This was a true gem of a stay! We stayed with our dog for a long weekend and the fenced in yard and outdoor space is great. The inside made us feel right at home with modern finishes and technology. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return again for another stay.

This was a great stay. The home is a new construction very close to everything you need but still tucked away enough to feel a bit of privacy. The home was immaculate. Communication with the owner was the best I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this awesome home for your stay.

Rest assured you will love it here. This place is amazing!! From our dogs to our kids, we all loved it. It was clean, beautiful, and full of amenities. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Exceptionally clean vacation property. Access to beach a short walk away. Extremely safe, peaceful and unpretentious neighborhood. Some small amenities and information could have improved the experience such as instructions on how to get beach chairs at the beach (we bought some and had to give them away). What May also help is a better starter set of paper products and an outdoor fan when cooking on the grill. Everything in the house looked brand new and worked perfectly.

This was an amazing home!! It was convenient for the beach and other things to do on our vacation. With have 5 kids on this trip it was plenty of space to accommodate all 7 of us! The home was beautiful and pristine! It was comfortable and made us feel right at home. I will definitely book for our future trips to Myrtle!! My kids enjoyed playing the games that were provided and even enjoyed just sitting on the porch in the late evening! Definitely a 12/10!! It was better than the pictures!! Thank you for having us we definitely enjoyed our week!!
