Welcome to Paradise Resort! This 3 bedroom condo is located in an oceanfront resort, so not only will you enjoy the unobstructed oceanfront views from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to get down to the beach. The resort has a relaxing lazy river and pool, along with an on-site Ben & Jerry's (seasonal hours vary for all amenities).

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee filters + creamers, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! 16th floor. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots/pans, coffee machine that uses filter, silverware, plates, etc.

Living Area: Sleeper sofa. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: King bed. Balcony access. Bathroom attached.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.

Bedroom 3: Two queen beds.

Bathroom 2: Hallway access.

Balcony: Private balcony with direct oceanfront views.

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private, in-unit, machines.

Other Amenities: Pool & lazy river. HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

The place was beautiful and spacious. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise was an amazing experience for us.

Our recent stay at Paradise Resort provided us with unforgettable memories; the beauty of the location cannot be overstated. The sunset and sunrise views from our room overlooking the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. master bedroom with its own balcony was a standout feature. One notable challenge we encountered was the inability to utilize the resort's staff for assistance. Listing indicates that essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper would be provided, none of these items were available in the Airbnb. This was unexpected and inconvenient, but bearable. The oven, despite being set to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, took an unusually long time (3 hours) to bake chicken thighs, which was inconvenient for meal preparation. The appliances were outdated, and the chair coverings were stained, which detracted from the overall comfort and appeal of the accommodations. Overall, would still recommend! We hope that our feedback can contribute to an improved guest experience.
