Welcome to this oceanfront condo! The unit located in Palms Resort - which is in downtown Myrtle Beach - many restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions are nearby.
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.
Parking: 1 parking pass. Easy access parking lot across the street from the building. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex elevator is available.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Oceanfront views - balcony and window. Sleeper sofa.
Bedroom: Large space with King bed.
Bathroom: Located off the kitchen
Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!
Pool: Shared complex pool and hot tub. Subject to HOA schedule.
Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Perfect Beach stay
We stayed at this property for 8 days. We are already planning on coming back later this year. Parking was very easy and conveniently close to the property. We were given clear instructions for accessing both the building and the room. The building is very well maintained, and the daily valet trash service right outside the door was a nice touch. The view is AMAZING — true oceanfront view. We watched dolphins playing at sunrise like they were part of the welcome package (10/10 performance by them). The condo is fully stocked with everything you’d need: towels, dishes, cooking utensils, and even seasonings, no need to go out and buy the basics which was CLUTCH! Both TVs are smart TVs which was another plus. Overall, a 10/10 stay. If you’re coming to Myrtle Beach, you can officially end your search for a condo/hotel— this is the place you want to stay.
