This stay is a true diamond in the rough if you're looking for a peaceful home away from home. We listened to the waves crashing on the beach everyday, played some board games, read a book, and watched sunrises ans sunsets feom the balcony. My family needed to clear our minds and this stay was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, patio has a stunning view of the beach, kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook, the living room was very calming, and the beach is literally steps away from the room. Steven was very quick to respond, gave great recommendations, and had very clear instructions.

The location was convenient for the event we were attending and having an oceanfront view was awesome. There was plenty of space for 4 adults. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. The twin beds were uncomfortable.

The proximity to the beach made this an incredible spot for our family to get away. Having the pool was an added bonus for our three kids. The location was convenient to everything from restaurants to entertainment.

Spectacular view & wonderful location in North Myrtle Beach! Felt at home while visiting. Easy parking, beach wasn’t too crowded. Lots of restaurants in the area. So relaxing for our family!

My family and I went on our first Myrtle Beach trip and had heard North Myrtle Beach was the place for families. The location of Steven’s condo couldn’t have been more perfect. Up a couple flights of stairs, corner spot! The view is just outstanding. Steven was responsive, friendly, and accommodating even when something broke in the condo during regular use! Beds were comfortable, AC was frigid (just the way we like it) and the beach is steps away. They even had a storage unit that we had access to with beach chairs and toys for the kids! Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Steven!

The apartment was as listed- clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, second floor balcony, had a great view of the ocean and the beach was easily accessible. There were two flights of stairs, but the view made it completely worth taking our luggage up there. Host very responsive, gave recommendations for restaurants that we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again

Perfect location in North Myrtle Beach. Super close to everything, positioned around smaller buildings which kept the beach peaceful, less busy. Steven's place was clean and comfy. Beautiful view! Would definitely stay again. 🤍

Nice place for what we needed on this trip, a place to rest our head. Wonderful balcony views of the ocean. Has what you need in the kitchen. We would stay here again.

This is the perfect location. The condo is small, but cozy. We rented it after some nice renovations were made, but a few more are needed. We couldn’t see a close up of the building and the front door to the unit in the listing. Both are in need of a coat of paint, but yep, that is salt air wear!

Arrived to beautiful grounds. The stairs were challenging but the location, home, and view were spectacular. Woke with inspiration, after opening my eyes to the sun rise over the ocean. That was priceless! I hope to stay again.

We were very happy with our stay. The location was awesome! The corner unit allowed us great views. I loved watching the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The condo was very clean and we loved the close and easy access to the beach. Check in and communication were both also easy and excellent. Thank you!

Condo had everything you could need - just bring your food. Cute decor, extremely clean and quiet. Very friendly host. Clear instructions on checking in, parking, internet and check out. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The view from the balcony - just wow! Extremely relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Look forward to returning.

let me be 100% honest! this place is hands down the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at in Myrtle beach. everything was amazing! 2 steps away from the beach, beautiful view, super clean house, everything was literally perfect. the host were so fast at responding to any questions or concerns I had. they even recommended breakfast, lunch and dinner spots & me and my family tried 2 places they recommended and both spots were 10/10. I hope this place is always available for whenever I decide to come back to Myrtle. thank you for everything

The communication was great, very prompt. Check in was a breeze and the place was clean. I have rented with a "big name" in MB for a few years and it was terrible. This was such a breath of fresh air to have an actual host and co-hosts that were responsive. I saw this listing and the communication before it was even booked was great! The location is amazing and the community is a smaller one which we love. It was never packed or crowded. We will definitely return . Already planning for next summer. We were so happy with this rental

Steven and Clayton were excellent and responsive hosts. Clear checkin and check out instructions, local recommendations sent. The condo was exactly as pictured and being ocean front with a pool right there was awesome!

We truly loved this place, everything was amazing. The room was perfect. Everything we were wanting/looking for in our vacation stay. Ocean Front. Ocean front Balcony with amazing views of the sunrise.which I took full advantage of and watched every morning from there. Amazing water pressure in the showers. And not only did it have all the amenities. They all worked as they should. Down to the washer & dryer which got used daily. Highly recommended to anyone who’s top priority is ocean front with ocean views.

The place was very clean, looked like the pictures! The ocean is steps away, it’s the closest we’ve been to oceanfront! Steven and Clayton were very helpful and always responded right away! Would definitely stay again! Also it’s not a big complex so it feels more private than a hotel or resort!

This place was great! It was right on the beach in a great spot. We spent most of our time on the beach and at the nice pool. The place was clean when we arrived and had extra sheets and towels available. It was really handy having a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. It's a corner unit, so the view was great, overlooking both the pool and the beach. The host was very responsive. Our only complaint is that the king bed was very soft and made it difficult for my husband to sleep (he has a back issues). Also, note that the window of the twin beds room is right outside the front door, so anyone walking by could see in if the blinds are open. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Ocean view bed was little to soft for our liking but everything else was great. Perfect beach soft, few minute drive from store and places to eat. Would book again for another family vacation.

The balcony view was wonderful for enjoying a snack or a cup of coffee with the ocean waves crashing below. The kitchen was very accommodating and the fridge and freezer kept everything cold with plenty of ice for drinks and the cooler. The pool was a nice amenity and the beach access made for a lot of pleasant beach days. The storage closet provided some spare chairs and boogie boards for our beach adventures. The bathrooms had plenty of hot water for hosing off at the end of the day and there were plenty of clean towels. I loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean waves. Clayton was very accessible and made sure we had parking passes and access to the storage closet. We would be happy to stay here again!!

Absolutely beautiful place inside and out and such a PERFECT location. Beautiful views all around. Such a convenient location to the beach and the pool. Steven and Clayton were both great. They had great communication with us with very quick response times. They were extremely nice and helpful before and during our stay. We were extremely pleased with them and their place and will use them again in the future!

Steven's home is excellent for a getaway. Its a very nice and clean corner unit with exceptional views! We loved sitting on the porch for sunrises and sunsets. The complex had plenty of parking and is just minutes from any dinning/attractions you may want to do. Clayton who is the property manager was also great, his communication for check-in/check-out were very clear and he was proactive in sending some of his favorite local restaurants to check out. Overall we had an amazing trip and are looking forward to many more!
