Ocean Lakes Oasis 1049 Beach House

Welcome to Ocean Lakes! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cozy house is located in a complex known for it's desirable location and amazing amenities. Ocean Lakes allows guests direct access to the beach without having to leave the resort.

**GOLF CART AVAILABLE (NO ADDITIONAL FEE). SIGNED WAIVER MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT THE HOME**

Our house is comfortably and completely furnished! The unit is perfect for a family beach retreat.

Parking: THERE IS A $15 PER CAR, PER DAY, FEE TO PARK IN THE RESORT. As for motorcycles, per the complex, "Please note that motorcycles can not be driven to your site in the campground under power. Guests are permitted to trailer or tow their motorcycle to their site but are not permitted to start the engine. Some guests prefer to park their motorcycles in the motorcycle area in overflow parking."

Entry: Stairs up to the deck are required. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.

Family room: Deck access. Enjoy TV. Plenty of seating.

Bedroom 1: King bed.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed.

Main area: Twin wall bed.

Bathrooms: 2 full.

Deck: Private deck with plenty of room for gathering - peak at the ocean.

Water amenities: Seasonal waterpark.

Washer/Dryer: Private in unit

Beach: Brief walk to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
