We fully enjoyed our time at John’s place. The unit is nice and clean. The seating on the deck was especially good, we enjoyed the waterfront view. John’s communication prior to, during and after our trip was excellent. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great condo! Perfect location, only 10min drive to Barefoot Landing, and restaurants, activities, gas stations are all very close by. Quiet area, right on the beach, beautiful sunset if you look to your right when standing on the balcony! We will definitely be back.

Johns place is def a home away from home. We have gone to this place for 3-4 years now and we have drasticially grown as a family, from just me and my husband to now two kids. We have always enjoyed and he is a great host! He responds always and is very nice! John we can't thank you enough for so many memories :)

John’s Place was beautiful, very clean , comfortable and felt right at home! Peaceful and Quiet, close to everything. John’s response time is quick and efficient and always friendly. Place looked just like the photos. Easy for my mom (who has trouble walking and getting around) to get to the pool or down to the beach. We had a great time and will definitely stay again and also recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place. The villa was our home away from home! We had a very easy walk to and from the beach, which was i important to us with two toddlers. Our big kids (9 and 12) loved the pool! John was very responsive and delightful to work with. I highly recommend booking your stay here🤍

This place is exactly as it appears. It was the perfect location for our needs. Oceanfront was a huge plus! Easy access to the beach. Close to lots of restaurants. John is a great host who provides great information and is very responsive. We would love to come stay again!

My family of 4 loved our stay here. The place was exactly as pictured and clean upon arrival. Parking was just steps away from the room and being on the 1st floor was nice. There is a pub, beach store, mini mart, and a place on the corner that had good fried foods, fried deserts, and ice cream all within walking distance. Grocery store and several other attractions are just a few minutes drive. Place is right on the beach and not crowded at all. John was super friendly and made sure to let you know he was just a message away if you had any issues or questions. I am already looking forward to staying here again. The ease of getting to the beach/vehicle from your room can't be beat!

Such an amazing place! John was a wonderful host and communication was excellent! This was the perfect location in North Myrtle Beach and extremely family friendly! The condo was clean and beutifully decorated, the beachview was amazing, and the storage was full of chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use at the beach as well as a stroller and pack n play made things easy for our stay! My family and I are looking forward to booking this condo again next year!!

Amazing place that makes getting to the beach so easy which was great for our family!! Loved the convenience of the condo and location. The pool was great to have as well! The beach right in front of the condo almost feels private and exclusive and plenty of space to set up. Overall 10/10 experience & beautiful views! Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this condo was great! Check-in was super easy. It had everything you would need including beach chairs and an umbrella. John was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this place!!

This was a three generation trip for us- my 86 yr old grandmother, Mom, and myself. We love the ocean, and the view was very nice and also included some really pretty, unexpected greenery and seashells outside. My grandmother has a hard time getting around, so the first floor was perfect, as was access to the beach, right down the boardwalk outside of the complex. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfection. It’s the cutest little condo. I was super impressed with how quickly John responded to my questions via messaging, and he was exceptionally kind and sweet throughout the whole process. No issues booking, getting email confirmation or information, parking or staying in the condo and checking out! We really had the loveliest time sitting on the patio soaking in the views and enjoying each other’s company. thank you so much for the experience and we, without a doubt will come back to stay here again! 🫶🏻🌊 -Savannah

I wanted an ocean view with easy access to beach and a pool. This air b&b was exactly what I was looking for , most beautiful sunrises and sets from balcony. He even has an umbrella stroller for my toddler. The area is peaceful located by plenty of entertainment and restaurants.

I loved the listing and the area when I got there. It was right on the beach. But when I arrived it was bags of trash, alcohol cans, even urine in the toilet was left behind. I was immediately disgusted when I walked in. John got cleaners there right away but they were only in there for about 5minutes. I know the cleaning wasn’t thorough considering there are still deadly flu viruses and COVID going around. There was also still LOTS of knats flying around the area where trash was left. There were no extra towels, washcloths or even extra toilet paper to use.

Jay tried to check-in 2 hours prior to the check-in time before the cleaners were able to get to the unit and turnover from the previous guest. They showed up and cleaned for 48 minutes, as i can see when they enter and exit on my door lock. Any guest can request more supplies during their stay, as needed.
