Ocean Forest Villas Unit E210 Oceanfront

First, I will state that the location is nice but there is a lot of action outside continuously so if you want quiet balcony time then you better get that early morning. You will hear the traffic and motorcycles constantly. This is a second floor condo so if you do not want noise disturbance from above, then please do not choose this unit. Floors are thin and every footstep is heard. For the price charged for cleaning services, I would expect no insects and clean ceiling fans. They were covered by in dirt. This unit lacked a table side lamp for reading in second bedroom and the light outside the door shines right into the room so curtains would have been nice to darken the room. The tv makes a humming noise, which we unplugged. Part of the trundle bed was broken and the nightstand was missing a knob. I have stayed many places over the US and paying over $800 for 2 full days was ridiculous for what we received and the time we had to spend there. Truly a disappointment.

100% will be booking again next year when dates open up. Perfect location for a small family and private, non crowded beach across the street. Love the view and morning coffees on the balcony. Better and more spacious than the pictures even seem! Very attentive and clear directions for everything. Only complaint is that we set a basket of our kids sandy beach toys outside the door to clean at a later time, and someone from the cleaning service must have taken the basket and disposed of it. Otherwise zero complaints! Thank you for a great stay!

We were fortunate when we decided to stay at this property. We had the most wonderful experience. Our view was amazing! We woke up every morning to the beautiful ocean. We walked over to the beach in minutes which was so convenient. Our unit had all the amenities you could ask for. It was clean and well organized. Our family was very comfortable. We spent time in the pool and hot tub as well. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a awesome vacation!

The condo was exactly what we needed. It was super close to the beach, convenient to both Myrtle and North Myrtle and well furnished and clean.

This was my first Airbnb and Based on this I will definitely use it again as well as try to stay at one of Stephens properties if this one is not available next time. The pictures and description described it exactly the view is amazing. The rooms were very clean and it felt like I was staying at a family members home. The communication was from Clayton who was very responsive nd pleasant to deal with no matter what time of the day he instantly responded. The only negatives i can say is this is an older wooden structure and as such you will hear people around you. Like any hotel there may be people who make noise. I experienced some my second week but at night it as quiet. Given my stay was in mid October and they close the pool Nov the water was freezing so I could not use the pool. The host can only control their unit and these negatives relate to the building so I can not hold the host for only negatives which is why I give full 5 stars. Host group is amazing!
