This Oceanfront unit has been updated to offer an incredible beach experience. With breathtaking views of the ocean, comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living area, you will be in paradise. The condo also features a spacious balcony where you can sit back and relax. With the complex having 2 pools, a kids pool, and 2 hot tubs (subject to seasonal hours below), this rental is perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: From the parking lot, take the stairs **No elevator** up to the 3rd floor. It will be self check-in with a keypad access code.

Kitchen: Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Breakfast bar. Cup coffee machine.

Family room: Spacious sofa. Access to oceanfront balcony.

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom. Balcony access! Attached bathroom.

Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Includes a TV. 2 twin beds **UPDATED SINCE PHOTOS**

Bathroom 2: In the hallway. Includes a full shower/tub.

Balcony: Oceanfront. Unobstructed. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.

Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines in unit... OR coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.

Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.

Steven was a responsive host and location (20mins to all attractions!) is right in front of the private beach with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The beds were comfy and condo nice and clean. FYI a few things that were damaged, not working or not clear until we got there that they can fix like: -The 2nd bedroom doesn't have an ac (with the master ac and loving room ac blasting it was fine with a fan) -The kitchen was great and fully stocked with surpringly many supplies, seasonings, rice, pasta and a k cup compatible coffee maker that worked with our coffee pods but both pans were scratched so we had to cook with pots -Myrtle beach has big storms and is humid . There was some remnant wall water bubbles damage from the roof which the host will fix -Master bedroom door would not close due to the humidity warping the wood and the top door latch being loose, unfortunately the maintenance person was sick and could not fix during our stay -Wobbly, uneven dining table

This location was perfect for our family. We loved how easily we could access the beach, which is much more peaceful and less crowded than other areas. The unit was beautiful, had everything we needed and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Steven responded quickly to anything that we needed which was greatly appreciated. Perfect location and just as pictured. Initially I was hesitant about walking across the street to get to the beach, but it has minimal traffic and it was just as easy as being directly on the beach. The views from the balcony were beautiful and relaxing for morning coffee, and evening sunsets. The beach was in a perfect location. It almost felt private because we weren’t crowded by other people at all, despite it being the week of July 4th. Much better than being smushed in a sea of people on the beach and in the water. Yet the boardwalk was a quick drive (4 miles) and there were plenty of restaurants, stores, activities close by. It was the best of both worlds. In addition, we had everything we needed during our stay. Steven was so helpful with recommendations. If we stay in Myrtle Beach again, this will be the first place I check for availability.

This property is sitting on the best view I think in Myrtle beach. It’s in short walking distance to the beach and it has a pool and hot-tub option as well. Would highly recommend this condo to everyone and I will be back to stay again

This property is top notch. Location is quiet, and has beautiful beach front balcony views. Property internals are exactly as described and as shown in pictures. The only improvement needed is a new comfortable sofa. Overall the property is a 5 star property.

During my stay here my car was rummaged through during the first night. Nothing major was taken but definitely a 🚩. The kitchen sink did not drain, which made cleaning up difficult. Considering the price I would hope problems like this would not happen. The location is very close to the beach, and indeed had a great view. It was clean for the most part but could have been cleaner.

Perfect location and just as pictured. Initially I was hesitant about walking across the street to get to the beach, but it has minimal traffic and it was just as easy as being directly on the beach. The views from the balcony were beautiful and relaxing for morning coffee, and evening sunsets. The beach was in a perfect location. It almost felt private because we weren’t crowded by other people at all, despite it being the week of July 4th. Much better than being smushed in a sea of people on the beach and in the water. Yet the boardwalk was a quick drive (4 miles) and there were plenty of restaurants, stores, activities close by. It was the best of both worlds. In addition, we had everything we needed during our stay. Steven was so helpful with recommendations. If we stay in Myrtle Beach again, this will be the first place I check for availability.

This property is sitting on the best view I think in Myrtle beach. It’s in short walking distance to the beach and it has a pool and hot-tub option as well. Would highly recommend this condo to everyone and I will be back to stay again

This property is top notch. Location is quiet, and has beautiful beach front balcony views. Property internals are exactly as described and as shown in pictures. The only improvement needed is a new comfortable sofa. Overall the property is a 5 star property.

During my stay here my car was rummaged through during the first night. Nothing major was taken but definitely a 🚩. The kitchen sink did not drain, which made cleaning up difficult. Considering the price I would hope problems like this would not happen. The location is very close to the beach, and indeed had a great view. It was clean for the most part but could have been cleaner.
