So happy with this unit we rented for 2 weeks. Everything looked just like pictures. Comfortable bed, everything you need in kitchen and a washer and dryer unit. Close to pool, hot tub and beach was just across the street. We have decided if we get back to this area we will definitely look here. Very happy.

easy to check in. had an issue with wifi and I received a call from maintenance extremely fast to resolve. the only thing i would consider replacing is the washer and dryer. but it worked in our stay ..

Me and my family enjoyed our visit. The home was beautiful and inviting and equipped with all one would need on a beach getaway. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Even offered recommendations for dinning spots and good tourists spots. 10/10 will be booking with them again!!

This place is great!! The condo is exactly as described and we couldn’t have been happier with it. The location is perfect - the beach is much quieter than other parts of Myrtle Beach and you don’t feel like you are on top of people like most areas of the beach. The pools and hot tub areas were clean and well maintained. They even sprayed for critters while we were there, so monthly treatments are done to ensure a bug-free environment. In the condo, it was spacious. The kitchen provided everything we needed to eat dinner in for a few nights during the week. Having laundry when you are on the beach is essential and this washer and dryer didn’t disappoint!! Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back again!!

Clear communication, clean spot, easy check in/check out process, right across the street from best beach strip in Myrtle Beach. We’ve stayed in many condos in this complex and this one was by far the cleanest, most comfortable and freshest feeling. But if balcony view/vibe is important to you, this isn’t the one.

Very nice place. First floor makes it convenient. Updated kitchen. Cozy. Easy access to the beach. Centrally located to just about everything you need. Nice area as well. Highly recommend!!

Our experience was exceptional. The Airbnb is located in a quiet neighborhood but yet is close to all of the activities Myrtle Beach offers. The pool was easily accessible as if it was our own private pool. Any questions we had, Steven and his team answered immediately!! Access to the beach was across the street and not crowded in any way. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Steven was a great host. Communication was easy and he alerted us beforehand of some of the amenities listed not working. He was quick to try and make it right. We did lose a little time with repairmen two of the days, but were not required to be present. Unfortunately, there was no resolution to the situation during our stay. The location was ideal for the beach and getting to everything we needed within minutes. We felt safe, and it was a very quiet and beautiful area with well kept grounds. Some recommendations but not a make or break would be to make available some key necessities such as coffee filters, cooking oils, general spices and condiments. Thank you for hospitality!

5 Stars +++++ Steven & team exceeded our expectations on all fronts! A few minor items were handled quickly, professionally & courteously! The true test of satisfaction is multiple bookings with the same host. Our comfort level would be for exclusive bookings with Steven & his team. Big shout out to: Clayton, Austin, Josh & Steven!!! Really loved our stay here! A good distance to downtown but still far enough away that you were not disturbed by anything. Nice beach access and very beautiful condo! We felt right at home. Thank you so much we will be back! (Hopefully sooner, rather than later!)

My family & I enjoyed our stay at Stevens Airbnb. The condo matched the description/pictures, & the area was very clean. The walking distance to the beach was perfect & the beach area felt more private & peaceful. My favorite part about the condo would have to be the patio! I love how it connects to the living room as well as the master bedroom. It was very convenient & relaxing ( The beach breeze was very nice in the morning & at night)! I would 100% recommend booking Stevens Airbnb if you are planning to stay in the area & you want to be close to the beach! My stay was perfect!

We had an unfortunate family vacation canceled due to a Passport issue. We reached out and they responded in minutes. We booked right away and even extended our stay another day. The place was clean and updated. The AC was incredible and the location was AWESOME! It was like a private stretch of beach! You could relax by the pool after a day on the beach right across the street from the location. We will definitely be back to enjoy another stay and will tell our friends and family about our experience here!
