Steven's condo was in the perfect location for a long weekend in Myrtle Beach. We really appreciated the beach chairs, toys and umbrella he had available for us to use! It was a short walk across the street to access the beach. The condo is located in a quieter part of Myrtle Beach, which we appreciated, but close enough to some of the main attractions. Loved his restaurant recommendations too! Definitely check out Crave and Fiesta Mexicana if you stay here.

Great host, very responsive. Loved the easy and convenient access to the pool and beach. However the cleanliness could've been a little better. When we arrived some of the quilts had stains and the floor felt like it hadn't been swept. There were also clothes from the previous occupants still in the closet which made it seem like the cleaning company doesn't go through/clean everything. .

Ocean Forest Villas was a great place for my family. The pool was clean and refreshing, was a super easy walk to the ocean. Steven had a variety of beach items available for the kids to play in the sand and collect shells. Right along with beach chairs. My family was very comfortable with there sleeping arrangements and a full kitchen so we were able to make meals if we wanted to stay in. Wifi worked great for my son's game. Was very close to all attractions also. We Highly recommend this place.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We are a family of 6 and everyone was able to stay comfortably. I loved the decorative touches, the keyless entry, and kitchen amenities. We were able to cook as if we were at home. There were games that we could play as a family, and there were even beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. I can really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner. It was literally home away from home! My only suggestion is bring more wash cloths if you’re a person who uses multiple per day. Awesome place to stay!!! We will be back!

Our family of 4 had a great stay. The place was very clean and had that Beach vibe throughout. The property is a little older but they do a great job keeping it looking nice and manicured. It was in a spot that left the beach pretty peaceful and all to yourself. Felt safe allowing the kids a little freedom to roam. It was nice view on the 3rd floor...just don't pack as much as my wife does and you will be ok with the stairs. And the location is very close to everything...it was a short drive to all the places we went. Really nice vacation!

This place was exactly how it was described, very clean and had everything we needed. The host did a very good job with communication and even giving us restaurants to try! Everything was near by and I would recommend this place, I will be staying here again very beautiful and neat. It is in a nice area and very peaceful.

Steven’s place was as described, clean, and easy to access. The only negative is the pool is not heated so a little cold for April. The hot tub made up for it. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here for my spring break with my boyfriend, niece, and little sister. It was quiet and peaceful the entire time. In April, the pool and the beach is a little on the cooler side but we did enjoy the hot tub. Be mindful the unit is on the 3rd floor (only stairs) so it’s okay for younger people, maybe not small kids (under 7-8) or older adults (+60). We certainly got a work out but it’s definitely worth the stay. This place is close to Ripley’s Aquarium, WonderWorks, The Hangout, Dave and Busters, and Broadway on the Beach! The most important thing to me is a clean environment and everything was spotless. I enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The condo was easy to find/access and clean upon our arrival. It had every amenity we needed, including quality beach chairs that we used every day. We loved being able to walk across the street to a beautiful beach that wasn't overcrowded. Our responsive hosts recommended several good restaurants that were a short drive from the condo. We had a great time and absolutely no complaints. We'll definitely look to stay here again if we return to Myrtle Beach!

We loved staying here, was very peaceful and the view was beautiful. You could look out the balcony and see the ocean. I loved opening the window at night so I could fall asleep listening to the ocean. The host were awesome answered all my questions in a very timely matter. I would stay here again. Thanks for everything. The Blueberry Grill was the best place for breakfast thanks for the recommendation.

Exactly as described. Very clean and felt right at home. About 10 mins from attractions. Balcony was a plus due to view of the beach and right over the pool although it was too cold for the pool. Will definitely book again!!

Great place to stay, easy to find with plenty of parking available. Place was very clean and as described. We couldn’t use the pool as it was closed for repair but the balcony overlooks the pool, sitting area and has a gorgeous view of the beach which is steps away. The beach items were very useful, chairs, umbrella, Bluetooth speaker etc. kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Two sliding doors to the balcony (no screens though) but at this time of the year there were no bugs. Such a cute place would highly recommend. Host was very responsive and made suggestions for things to do around the area. Wifi was great with no issues, laundry room was right below and has an option to pay by scanning after downloading the app. The most important thing was it was so clean & good amount of towels provided for use. Everything we wanted to do was about 10-15 mins away by car. Honestly I would take my family there again to stay without reservation. You won’t be disappointed.

This place and it’s hosts was a breath of fresh sea air!! We came down as a small 3 person group thinking the space might be tight but after seeing the size of the place we could’ve had at least a couple more comfortably. The hosts were very helpful and very communicative with very fast response times. Overall the experience with the hosts, the condo being exactly what is described, the surroundings and closeness of everything you’d want or need including the beautiful beach is right there!! 5 out of 5 for us! Well done!!

Was in town for a couple days with work colleagues for a golf tournament and boy did this place deliver. Exactly as advertised and even exceeded expectations. Everyone was super quick to respond to requests or questions and had great recommendations for dinner. 5 star experience and will definitely be returning! Thanks!

Our overall stay was wonderful! The pictures give a accurate description of the condo. It was very comfortable and clean. We had one minor hick up with the amount of room for 3 children and 3 adults, but Steven handled it well.

We had an amazing time here. The home was cozy, welcoming and just as described. From the ocean view and beach decorations, it was perfect. The ocean view was also amazing. The pool and walk to the beach with the provided beach chairs allowed us to have a relaxing time. We didn’t drive farther than 15 mins for night life. We will be back!

Steven and Clayton were amazing hosts, everything was as beautiful as the pictures. The only issue I had was no elevators, being on the third floor and with two toddlers going up the stairs was exhausting. Other then that our stay was amazing everything was super clean and Clayton recommended some great restaurants. I look forward to staying here next time I visit Myrtle Beach and will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thank you Clayton for the flexibility and making us feel right at home.

I've been to several air b&b's in the US and this one is in my top two. The condo is beautiful. My wife and I (I'm a realtor and real estate investor) kept commenting on how well the suite was decorated. And they thought of everything! A small bluetooth speaker to play music, beach chairs, beach toys, and a cooler, and everything else you need to have great time at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it's literally right across the street. Super convenient. The balcony in the condo overlooks the condo pool, which is nice and the beach, and is great to sit, have a drink and watch the sunset. The only downside is that this condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Definitely something to keep in mind. But even with no elevator, this would be my #1 choice to stay at if I go back to Myrtle Beach.
