Ocean Forest Villas Unit C301 Ocean view

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this perfectly located and well appointed condo. Having two pools and the hot tub at the community was a value added feature. AND this is the most perfect peaceful beach location. The price for the beach location, a short walk away, and the oceanfront view from the balcony made for a perfect week. We did rent a car, which I recommend if you want to try all of the great nearby restaurants Steven suggests (which we did, and each did not disappoint for the foodies we are). Steven is a great and accommodating host. He kept the communication going from the point of booking, through the trip, and following our visit (he went above and beyond to keep in touch as needed). As for the condo itself, it is as described in the description, and the photos. Comfy beds, great AC, fully equipped kitchen, and that balcony with ocean view were the highlights! If we return to The Beach, we will definitely be working directly with Steven to book!

Steven’s place was comfortable, convenient and clean. Communication was excellent. Nice view of the ocean and pool. The grounds were well maintained. Had Easy access to the beach and several areas to rinse off your feet or shower. Will stay again, if available.

Easy check in, great Host, perfect location. My family had a great week long stay here. The complex and neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. It’s within minutes of great shopping, food, activities and more. Steven was a very communicative host & even provided great recommendations for breakfast, lunch and supper. The beach area was surprisingly private & we were there during a busy bike week. The listing is as described, and was enough room for my family of 6. Steven & his listing are 💯%

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and had zero issues. The condo was very clean and cozy, and the location is great. Very very quiet and peaceful. Steven was very helpful and responsive, heard from him several times throughout our stay, with recommendations and keeping us updated. They even had extra beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. I would recommend booking this condo, and I would definitely book it again.

Hosts are extremely communicative and helpful. Answered any questions in a very timely manner Only cons, which do not reflect upon the hosts but rather the cleaning company is that they don't do a great job. Topically everything looked very neat and clean but once you start looking closer it wasn't dusted well, there weren't any fresh sheets for the pull out couch , the pull out couch was not cleaned at all as there were leftover chip bags and food underneath. There was food splatter on the refrigerator and range oven hood and walls The cleaning company isn't detailed oriented . I also wasn't crazy about a family picture out, which I thought was off-putting for an Airbnb. Nice photo, and I'm not sure if it is even a family member or not. Lastly, I do wish the pool was heated! The unit is in a safe area , quiet, peaceful & I love the decor! beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The grass is literally velvet on your feet! Hot tubs were such an added bonus, clean and hot.
