Welcome to this incredible oceanfront condo! The unit is in Ocean Forest Villas, which is located on a highly desired strip of our beaches known as the Golden Mile. The unit is completely updated and has unparalleled oceanviews throughout - so bring the family to enjoy this beautiful condo!

For this luxury condo, we provide hospitality grade sheets & towels. Moreover, we provide a starter toiletry package that includes makeup wipes, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, and more!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: From the parking lot, take approximately 5 stairs up to the first level of units.

Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Drip coffee and K-cup coffee machines both available!

Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views.

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with a king bed. Oceanfront views from the window + balcony access!

Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + pull out single trundle bed. TV!

Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway between bedrooms.

Balcony: Beautiful oceanfront view. Spacious! Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.

Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: PRIVATE IN-UNIT LAUNDRY NOW AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONDO. Additionally, coin operated machines in the complex on the 2nd floor of the building. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.

Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Great location, love that is right across the street from the beach so easy to go for a walk on the beach. Dreamy sunrise every day with my coffee. The recommendations for resturants were spot on. If your considering this property for a stay, do it! Thanks again.

The condo was perfect for my husband, father and I to stay during our trip to watch son my play baseball at Ripken Experience. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed, and the complex was quiet and had a great view! It was very cozy and close to everything we needed! At the time of this review I’ve stayed at over 30 Airbnb’s and this place is now in my top five. This was such an enjoyable stay. My mother was my guest and she immensely enjoyed it as well. This condo was everything you would need for a great beachside stay. Beach chairs were provided, a beach umbrella, and even a football to toss around. The balcony overlooks the beach and you can sit outside for hours just watching the waves. The only drawbacks were that no Keurig cups were provided for the Keurig but I provided this feedback to the hosts. Hopefully they’ll remedy that for future guests. Not enough tissue was provided for my 8-day stay - only two rolls per bathroom. Lastly, and this is just my personal preference, I wish a washer and dryer were provided inside the unit rather than the ones upstairs but it was fine. Overall, I would highly recommend these accommodations if you’re staying in Myrtle Beach. You will most definitely not be disappointed.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! Tastefully decorated, comfortable, & great location! The kitchen had anything that we would’ve needed (I spied a crockpot & was impressed). We might even consider cooking next time (no promises)! The owners were great! Very attentive (if needed)! Gave great food recommendations! They thought of everything you could’ve needed! My 7 year old niece grabbed her Starbucks drink from the fridge & went to the balcony every morning to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. This was the only time she was quiet and the condo was peaceful (except for when she was sleeping 😜). There is only one thing I will say as advice for future guests: the bedrooms are much warmer than the main living area (kitchen and living room). This isn’t anything the owners could’ve changed, it’s just the way the HVAV unit is set up. Just beware you should probably lower the temperature a little at night to adjust. Other than that, our stay was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Great location, love that is right across the street from the beach so easy to go for a walk on the beach. Dreamy sunrise every day with my coffee. The recommendations for resturants were spot on. If your considering this property for a stay, do it! Thanks again.

The unit was perfect for us as we are a little picky about furniture and ocean views. This unit had everything we needed for the days spent here. The ocean view was fantastic and the place exceeded our expectations.

The condo is EXACTLY as it appears on the add. Furniture is new and comfortable. The location is easy to find and an exceptional location. Beaches are gorgeous. Condo compound is clean and well cared for. Would definitely book again.

The condo was perfect for my husband, father and I to stay during our trip to watch son my play baseball at Ripken Experience. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed, and the complex was quiet and had a great view! It was very cozy and close to everything we needed! Steven was very responsive. Would go back!

At the time of this review I’ve stayed at over 30 Airbnb’s and this place is now in my top five. This was such an enjoyable stay. My mother was my guest and she immensely enjoyed it as well. This condo was everything you would need for a great beachside stay. Beach chairs were provided, a beach umbrella, and even a football to toss around. The balcony overlooks the beach and you can sit outside for hours just watching the waves. The only drawbacks were that no Keurig cups were provided for the Keurig but I provided this feedback to the hosts. Hopefully they’ll remedy that for future guests. Not enough tissue was provided for my 8-day stay - only two rolls per bathroom. Lastly, and this is just my personal preference, I wish a washer and dryer were provided inside the unit rather than the ones upstairs but it was fine. Overall, I would highly recommend these accommodations if you’re staying in Myrtle Beach. You will most definitely not be disappointed.

The place was great! Matched the description and photos to a tee. Clean and comfortable place right by the beach and minutes from hundreds of places to eat and things to do. The host was also super responsive, clear on instructions and was helpful with local recommendations. We had a great stay!

Beautiful view from the front porch and master bedroom. We had everything we needed and space was clean. The beach was nice also - plenty of room to set up a space to hang during a very hot week. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! Tastefully decorated, comfortable, & great location! The kitchen had anything that we would’ve needed (I spied a crockpot & was impressed). We might even consider cooking next time (no promises)! The owners were great! Very attentive (if needed)! Gave great food recommendations! They thought of everything you could’ve needed!
