Great spot to enjoy Myrtle Beach with less crowds of some of the more populated areas. Great view of the ocean. Nice walking spots and close to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Unit was nicely furnished and updated.

I only gave it 2 stars for the following reasons. The neighborhood is nice, the beach is spectacular, and the view from the front porch is beautiful. Although we brought our own, they have beach umbrellas and chairs, which are very convenient just in case you forget yours, However, the apartment is not as it appears in the photos. The kitchen was dirty, and there was a lot of dust on the backslash (kitchen wall). There were food residues behind the toaster and the mini oven. There was popcorn in the sofabed. The AC was very noisy. The shower curtain in the second bathroom was pink, clearly full of fungus. You have to wonder if the places that are easy to see are this dirty, how dirty the places you can't see must be. The hosts never answered our questions. All we got from them were automated messages. For these reasons we would wouldn't want to return here again and we would not recommend it to our friends and family.

Hey Manuel! I am truly sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. That said I wanted to address the claims that we didn't respond to you. We never received a single message, text, or phone call from you during or after your stay. We pride ourselves on timely responses to ANY guest issues and would have been happy to assist you had we known of anything. Additionally, we went to the unit after your stay to inspect it thoroughly and we did not find any issues at all and have hosted several happy guests since! I sent you a message to get some clarification as well to make sure your next stay with Airbnb doesn't come with any communication challenges. Thanks for staying!

Great host and very nice apartment. Was really helpful in facilitating an early check-in and incredibly responsive. The unit itself was nice and clean with a really beautiful beach view and easy access to the beach. Highly recommend staying there!

Steven was very responsive, which was nice. The location was exactly what we wanted…not as congested, but still close to everything! At no fault to Steven, tropical storm Debby got in the way of us fully enjoying our vacation, which cut our time short, which was unfortunate.

Steven’s place was spectacular! We absolutely loved our stay here. The home was immaculate and smelled wonderfully upon walking in. Beautifully decorated with a nice coastal vibe. I honestly have absolutely no complaints. Beautifully landscaped and peaceful area, with the private beach literally steps away, Both Barefoot landing and Broadway at the beach were about 10 minutes away if that. A plethora of restaurants are all a short driving distance from the complex. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you needed. The view was even better in person, the pictures do not do it justice. Walked on the beach with our coffee every morning and listened to the waves crashing in the evening made for such a relaxing time stay. We felt right at home. Thank you Steven for hosting us, our family had a wonderful time.

We had a fabulous week in Myrtle Beach! Steven was a wonderful host! Everything from check in to check out was easy. He responded to questions immediately and provided restaurant recommendations for the area. The condo looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is clean, welcoming and has a fabulous view of the ocean! Highly recommend!

Had a great week at steven’s place !! was clean, private and very cozy. First time using air bnb and steven and his other hosts made sure everything was set in place for arrival and communication was always great.

Steven and his team were very responsive and accommodating to my family. We come to Myrtle Beach about once a month during the offseason, of everywhere we have stayed in the last 10 years, this was probably the cleanest place we have stayed. The condo was more than large enough for 3 adults and my 2 year old, living room was large enough for her to spread out her toys and play, both bedrooms were generously sized and the condo was very well decorated. The furniture and mattresses were very comfortable and not worn out like what you’ll get at a lot of other places down here, including the big resorts. As for the property itself, this is a much quieter part of Myrtle Beach but not at all remote, it’s still a 5 minute drive to the strip or Broadway but far more peaceful than staying on the strip or at the cluster of hotels between 70-80th Ave. The beach is very quiet and fairly private as well. The grounds were well kept and you do still have a couple pools and hot tubs available.
