It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 20 steps to get to unit on 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/slow-close cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Enjoy streaming & cable TV on the large flat screen. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: Balcony access along with ocean views from the bedroom window! 1 queen bed.

Bathroom 1: Newly updated! Must-see stand up shower!

Bedroom 2: One full bed + one twin bed. Netflix only in this room - sign into your account and enjoy!

Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Full shower/tub.

Balcony: Beautiful Oceanview. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.

Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.

Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.

First, the positive point is the location; the view from the balcony is awesome. Two bathrooms are very useful. However, the general condition of the unit is below acceptable. There is a lot of dust, and the locker room for beach items is completely in disarray.

Had a great time as a family of 4, as described right on the beach which was a great peaceful location, steven gave great recommendations and was very responsive, everything was clean and there were even beach chairs and toys for the kids. One of the best places we stayed in years!

Great stay!! The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach and pool. The balcony with ocean view was a big plus. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking items, and having two bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our family of four. The host provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to our communication. We will be looking to stay at their property again in the future. Definitely recommend!

One of the best beach places we have been to, very nice and safe location. Apartment is tastefully decorated and have all necessities you will need to have comfortable stay. Spent every morning on balcony drinking coffee and admiring beautiful view of the ocean. Very peaceful and relaxing but also close to restaurants and activities. Nice beach right across from the building and 2 pools in complex to choose from. Excellent communication and hospitality,really appreciate all the tips and suggestions. Thanks again for great and memorable family vacation.

Hello, this condo was spectacular!! My family really enjoyed the condo , the pool, easy beach asscess ( way closer than we thought) beautifully decorated- , clean & renovated!! Golfed with the kids etc! This is a10/10 for sure!! Steven was fabulous quick to respond and gave us lots of suggestions for locations for food and attractions like golf etc!?????5 stars ?????we will definitely be back!! Thank you Steven for the amazing spot and memories we created together!!

Great stay! Very welcoming home. Hosts were prompt responding to questions and offered great insight into the area restaurants. I would highly recommend! They truly thought of everything. The condo is nestled in a quiet area with beautiful views of the water. We can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay. I have stayed at a few Airbnb’s and this one was by far my favorite. Clean, close to the beach, lots of amenities and friendly hosts. Check in was easy and check out was a breeze. 100% would stay there or at any of their properties again.

Nice location with a peaceful beach across the street. Also within easy driving distance to activities, restaurants, and grocery north or south. The place was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had all the needed cookware, bathrooms had starter soap/shampoo/lotions in case forgot and beach chairs are waiting in the closet by the front door!

We enjoyed our stay. The location and convenience of everything we needed were minutes away. The beach was right across the street and we could see it from our bedroom and living room. The home was close to the entrance and parking right outside our door. It was clean, neatly decorated, games available and stacked with things you may need during your stay. Steven’s team was prompt on answering our questions and made sure we were happy.

The condo was so clean. It’s hard to imagine that so close to the beach that there was zero sand anywhere indoors. They had beach chairs which weren’t expected. It was quiet and the neighbors were polite. The bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and it was close to everything to do in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle. I’d recommend this to my friends for sure.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay here! The condo itself was spotless and exactly as the pictures show. The location could not be beat with beach access right across the street and a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was peaceful with a great view of the ocean from the balcony of the condo. Steven and the other co-hosts were quick to respond to questions and very friendly whenever I messaged them. They even shared local recommendations for restaurants, which did not disappoint! I would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone looking for a clean and relaxing place to stay at Myrtle Beach!

Location was perfect, beach front condo. Unit had all the amenities you will need for you and your family. Unit was clean, quite, and private. Location also has 2 pools a hot tub and a kiddy pool so it’s definitely great for all ages. Location also provides plenty of parking. No need to travel with groceries buy them when you arrive there are so many shopping locations nearby. There also a dollar general every other block so if you forget something it would be convenient for you. The Beach is beautiful just steps away and it’s private no lifeguards. Communication with the Host was great with recommendations or questions. Definitely will be returning!!!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was just as described. Love the view and location. The check is was very easy. Had great communication with Steven, Clayton, and Austin. The pool was wonderful. My 5-year-old grandson loved it and the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. We definitely will be back. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We made some wonderful memories.

This is a lovely unit! Right across the street from the ocean, I so much enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean view! It is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, wonderful for walking. I absolutely love the decor of the unit, everything was beautiful! Everything I needed for cooking was available. Steven and Clayton were promptly responsive to the questions I had while staying there. I would definitely stay here again!

Steven’s place was absolutely delightful- we hated to leave. The surroundings were so relaxing and the ocean was a few steps away. We had breakfast at one of the places recommended by the host and it was a perfect addition. The neighbors were all so friendly and it was nice having easy secure parking. We had everything we needed inside the home for our long weekend including live TV and Netflix! We definitely cannot wait to come back. Thanks for all of the quick replies and for intuitively providing great information we’d need to make everything from check in to check out seamless. Happy Summer!

First, the positive point is the location; the view from the balcony is awesome. Two bathrooms are very useful. However, the general condition of the unit is below acceptable. There is a lot of dust, and the locker room for beach items is completely in disarray.

Had a great time as a family of 4, as described right on the beach which was a great peaceful location, steven gave great recommendations and was very responsive, everything was clean and there were even beach chairs and toys for the kids. One of the best places we stayed in years!

Great stay!! The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach and pool. The balcony with ocean view was a big plus. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking items, and having two bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our family of four. The host provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to our communication. We will be looking to stay at their property again in the future. Definitely recommend!

One of the best beach places we have been to, very nice and safe location. Apartment is tastefully decorated and have all necessities you will need to have comfortable stay. Spent every morning on balcony drinking coffee and admiring beautiful view of the ocean. Very peaceful and relaxing but also close to restaurants and activities. Nice beach right across from the building and 2 pools in complex to choose from. Excellent communication and hospitality,really appreciate all the tips and suggestions. Thanks again for great and memorable family vacation.

Hello, this condo was spectacular!! My family really enjoyed the condo , the pool, easy beach asscess ( way closer than we thought) beautifully decorated- , clean & renovated!! Golfed with the kids etc! This is a10/10 for sure!! Steven was fabulous quick to respond and gave us lots of suggestions for locations for food and attractions like golf etc!?????5 stars ?????we will definitely be back!! Thank you Steven for the amazing spot and memories we created together!!

Great stay! Very welcoming home. Hosts were prompt responding to questions and offered great insight into the area restaurants. I would highly recommend! They truly thought of everything. The condo is nestled in a quiet area with beautiful views of the water. We can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay. I have stayed at a few Airbnb’s and this one was by far my favorite. Clean, close to the beach, lots of amenities and friendly hosts. Check in was easy and check out was a breeze. 100% would stay there or at any of their properties again.

Nice location with a peaceful beach across the street. Also within easy driving distance to activities, restaurants, and grocery north or south. The place was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had all the needed cookware, bathrooms had starter soap/shampoo/lotions in case forgot and beach chairs are waiting in the closet by the front door!

We enjoyed our stay. The location and convenience of everything we needed were minutes away. The beach was right across the street and we could see it from our bedroom and living room. The home was close to the entrance and parking right outside our door. It was clean, neatly decorated, games available and stacked with things you may need during your stay. Steven’s team was prompt on answering our questions and made sure we were happy.

The condo was so clean. It’s hard to imagine that so close to the beach that there was zero sand anywhere indoors. They had beach chairs which weren’t expected. It was quiet and the neighbors were polite. The bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and it was close to everything to do in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle. I’d recommend this to my friends for sure.
