It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security at night. 2 Parking passes will be left out for you to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 5 steps to get to unit on 1st floor. Self check-in with keypad. **Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door**

Kitchen: Includes cups, plates, utensils and basic cookware.

Family room: New furniture! Cable TV and streaming services available. Board games and books provided in the cabinet.

A/C: Central HVAC with control from thermostat in hallway.

Primary Bedroom: Balcony access and ocean views from the primary bedroom! Queen bed in room.

Primary Bath: Connected to primary bedroom. Renovations coming soon!

Guest Bedroom: two twin beds with tv and closet in room.

Guest Bathroom: located in hallway off of family room. Full shower/tub.

Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed ocean view. Incredible view for sunrises! Street between you and the beach so possibility for some car noise.

Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools plus 1 children's pool in the complex. There are also 2 hot tub areas in the complex next to buildings C and E. Pools will be closed for the season on 15 November and re-open 15 March. 1 hot tub will remain open year round.

Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs and toys in the condo for you to use.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a quality clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machine down hallway on second floor of the building. The room is roughly halfway down the hallway on the left if walking toward the back of the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry.

Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.

This place is in a wonderful location , right on the beach. You could walk right across the street to the beach. One of my favorite features is it is ground level . I do not ride elevators and it can be a challenge with children trying to get up and down a staircase . The beach was so clean, and we’ve been to Myrtle beach quite a bit but this area seemed to be private and family friendly . We booked last minute, we are in the foothills of NC with no power and decided to leave while power is being restored. Mark was very responsive for questions and concerns , they were able to accommodate so we could get in a few hours early . Great host !

Mark’s condo was fantastic! The condo was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. It offered a variety of games for our family to play and several books to read. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Access to the beach was easy. Simply put, this area of Myrtle Beach is top notch!! I highly recommend. Would definitely book this condo again.

can not thank Mark enough. it was the same day reservation and check in for us. everything was done super fast and easy. The place is amazing: clean, fully stocked, right on the beach. we had absolutely everything we needed and if we had a question, Mark answered right away. We loved our stay! It was wonderful to wake up every morning and see the unobstructed view of the ocean. The beach was super close so we could come and go as much as we liked and take breaks in the ac to cool off. The unit was immaculate, your cleaning crew is amazing. I do not know how they keep it so clean being so close to the beach. Our only hiccup was the internet but there was amazing and prompt communication to resolve this. Also the only downside of this unit was the AC is loud, and we went in July so we had it running constantly. We got used to it after awhile and I know these are older units so some things cannot be done but I want to give a fair review. A great bonus was having the pool steps from the unit too. We did use it, was not crowded at all and it was clean. There are dated but useable laundry facilities upstairs which was convenient since this was the second stage of our vacation. I would recommend staying here to anyone because of the amenities and beach.

This our family’s second summer staying at After Dune Delight and we just love it! It feels like a little home away from home for us. Fully stoked kitchen, plenty of sleeping space, nice clean bathrooms, and in a nice quiet are of Myrtle Beach! Hosts are helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to any and all of our questions. It was perfect and we hope to stay again!

Our family stays in Myrtle Beach each year and this is our favorite condo we have stayed in to date ! Very short walk to the beach. No staircases or elevators to deal with you can walk right up to the unit. 2 pools to choose from with views of the ocean. Very clean and nicely decorated unit. 10/10 recommend!!

Beautiful views! Perfect size for our family of 2.5. The condo was decorated nicely. Quick walk across the road to the ocean. We did not check out pools so can’t help ya there. We grabbed some takeout from Buoys (about 25 minutes away) the first night. And had dinner at Sea Captains the 2nd night. Both were delicious!! The kitchen is well stocked and there were extra linens and towels which we did not need on this trip. We also noticed there were beach chairs and a cooler that were available for use had we needed them. The noise level of the property was quiet. The front bedroom (near the ocean) you can hear loud trucks and motorcycles go by on the street out front. Pack a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper. Will definitely look this place back up on our next visit!!
