Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Private parking garage. **Important parking garage clearances: 6'11" height and 11" wide. There is a side parking area for Suvs/Trucks that are over 16"** You will have 2 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats at the resort.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Stocked. Oceanview!

Living Area: Plenty of seating. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

This was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed at the beach! Stunning condo with even more stunning views! Very easy to access and elevators were really fast! Our kiddos enjoyed the indoor pool since there was snow on the beach this trip! lol Everything in the condo is new and gorgeous. We will for sure be staying again!

The condo was like paradise at Myrtle Beach, and Steven was the most responsible and responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. I have not one complaint about anything. The condo was absolutely spotless throughout and the view was breathtaking!! I’ve been going to Myrtle and North Myrtle since 1988. This hands down is the best place I’ve ever stayed in. I originally booked for 6 days but when I saw the place, I extended 2 days-8 days total. I honestly did not want to leave. I look forward to booking again. Thank you Steven and Austin for your superior hospitality and customer service.
