Our condo is comfortably and newly furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Private parking garage. **Important parking garage clearances: 6'11" height and 11" wide. There is a side parking area for Suvs/Trucks that are over 16"** You will have 2 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats at the resort.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with amble cabinet room for groceries. Brand new kitchen appliances. Oceanview!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
