It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: Self check-in with keypad. Stairs required to access bedrooms.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, and more!

Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating.

Bedroom 1: King bed. TV. On second level.

Bathroom 1: In hallway between bedroom 1 & 2.

Bedroom 2: Two double beds! TV. On second level.

Bedroom 3: Two queen beds! TV. On third floor (top).

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 3.

Bathroom 3: Bottom level - half bathroom - sink and toilet only.

Porch: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air.

Pools: Complex pool. Subject to HOA scheduling.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

Our family trip to Myrtle Beach was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm ocean breeze and the inviting sandy shores. The accommodations were perfect. We spent our days exploring the various attractions the area had to offer, vibrant boardwalks. The kids especially loved the pool and beach. Evenings were spent enjoying delicious seafood at local restaurants, where the freshness of the catch was always a highlight. The sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean were breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for family photos. Overall, our trip to Myrtle Beach was a memorable experience filled with laughter, relaxation, and quality family time. We can't wait to return to create more cherished memories in this beautiful coastal paradise!"

My family and I had an amazing time here if you're looking for place that's peaceful very short walk to the beach this is the place . The rooms was gorgeous and plenty of space for my large family , kitchen had everything that you would as if you were at home. Steven was very responsive answered any questions and was very helpful giving me ideas places for my family and I to eat . I've stayed at alot of rentals but this here is by far the. Best I've ever stayed at . Thank you Steven for sharing your place with us we will forever be a continuous guest at your place .
