This inviting condo offers sweeping views of the Atlantic, thoughtfully designed spaces, and everything you need for a relaxing beach escape. From enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony to unwinding after a day in the sun, every detail has been chosen to create a memorable coastal vacation unlike the ordinary.
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You are able to bring up to 2 vehicles. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Complex elevator is available.
Kitchen: Fully stocked. Regular coffee maker, a Keurig and a Nespresso. Air fryer!
Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views.
Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Balcony access! Samsung smart TV.
Bathroom 1: Separate tub & stand up shower - attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: King bed. Samsung smart TV.
Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use thermostat.
