New 3BR Townhouse Near NMB Sports Complex

Our townhouse is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Private driveway – 2 vehicles max. Private garage – 1 car max. NO TRAILERS OF ANY TYPE.
** Parking: Any vehicle parked in the street will be towed without notice. Vehicles may be parked in the mail area to pick up mail only or vehicles will be towed without notice. Any vehicle parked more than 8hrs in the guest parking will be towed.

Entry: ***Stairs are present within the townhouse. 1 bedroom is on the bottom level*** Self check-in with keypad.
Please note there are exterior security cameras.

Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Coffee maker.

Living Area: Plenty of seating. TV.

Bedroom 1: King bed.

Bedroom 2: One queen bed & one full bed.

Bedroom 3: One queen bed & one full bed.

Bathrooms: Two and a half bathrooms.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Laundry: Private in-unit machines.
