It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

**Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. There are full time residents in the community**

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 1st floor unit. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils.

Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating.

Bedroom 1: King bed with a TV.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: King bed.

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway.

Balcony: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air.

Pools: There are several unheated pools open year round.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

I have never written a review before but, due to the horrible experience I’ve had with this condo i feel the need to share. Don’t book with this guy!! Everything was visibly disgustingly grimy, filthy, fingerprints, greasy nasty fingerprints on handles mirrors, dishes were dirty, the carpet floors are heavily heavily stained so bad that the entire place smells horrible,the bed was broken maintenance came to “fix” it after 3-4 days but, the slate it’s self are broken, tv was broken and never fixed and it rained heavily during our stay which was super inconvenient, and the lock battery was dying. So many more issues! The guy offered an additional day and i asked for late check out but suddenly couldn’t accommodate. Nothing was fixed, remedied, have not been refunded anything. My stay was 8/1-8/8. The entire stay here was very disappointing. Been coming to Myrtle for years and have never experienced anything like this.

We would like to clarify a few important details regarding your stay. As soon as you reported the cleanliness and maintenance issues, we immediately offered a complimentary reclean and maintenance service. We reached out multiple times via phone and text, but we received no response until your fifth day. To protect guest privacy and safety, our policy strictly prohibits our team from entering an occupied property without explicit written permission from the guest, except in emergencies. Because we were not granted access to enter when needed, our maintenance and cleaning teams were unable to address the reported items immediately. Additionally, we offered a full refund of your cleaning fee, an additional complimentary night, and a goodwill credit for the inconvenience. While we understand you preferred a late check-out instead, we could not accommodate that request due to preparations required for incoming guests. Furthermore, we provided a partial refund for the inconvenience as promised. When our housekeeping team arrived at the unit to clean, you were very disrespectful and used foul language toward our staff. Because of this behavior, we would not recommend hosting you to other hosts.

Steven’s place was great! We were here for my husbands cousin’s daughter’s dance competition in Myrtle Beach and this place was super close to everything including the convention center, the beach, and so many good restaurants. We wish we had time to use the pool but unfortunately we were just super busy all weekend. The whole place is gorgeous interior and exterior and very peaceful. Much better than the hotel the rest of the family stayed in. I would recommend this place and if we ever return to Myrtle beach I would book this place again.

Best location I stayed in Myrtle Beach. I’ve been coming here for years close to everything and also a great community. Very quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. The host is awesome and he is definitely a five star rating.
