Description

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 1st floor unit. No stairs required! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, coffee pot (uses filters), pots and pans, and more!

Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating.

Bedroom: Queen bed with a TV.

Bathroom: Attached to bedroom 1 but it also has access from the living area - Shower/tub combo!

Porch: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air.

Pool: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex - only a few minute walk away.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

The condo was lovely! Beautiful, comfortable furniture, and well appointed kitchen with great selection of appliances. I felt right at home from day one. The corner unit got direct sunlight throughout the day. Steven and team where very responsive and available for any questions or requests I sent them through the Airbnb message portal. The neighborhood is situated in an area that has well paved walking/biking paths. I will definitely be back next season!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Steven’s place on our first visit to South Carolina. Despite the tropical storm and rainy weather we were still able to make the most out of it and enjoy our stay. This place was very cozy. Place was very clean. Only complaint was noisy people upstairs but not much you can do or predict who will be upstairs. Bed can be updated. Overall it was a wonderful place. I would definitely stay again.

This was my boyfriend and Is first time using air bnb so we were a little nervous but this air bnb was absolutely perfect and felt like being at home. Everything was clean which made the stay more comfortable. Everything that is described is provided and I believe the hosts went above and beyond! The area is great as well and is super close to all the fun activities to do. If you have any questions Steven answers right away, 10/10 stay!

The place is in the perfect location and it’s very cute and nicely decorated. However there are some updates that could be done to rly bring this place to a 5 star listing. The couch is very uncomfy. The kitchen is fine but the dishwasher is old and missing the spring and fell and hit me in the shin twice. It’s mostly just outdated and even could use some more modern kitchen appliances like an airfryer. The bedroom is clean but the sheets are tissue paper thin and very old and pilling and scratchy which was super uncomfy trying to fall asleep. I would stay here again I would just love to see them spend a little bit to make some minot upgrades that would make this place just like home ❤️

Good spot for the price. The bed and couch are very soft, so if you have back offers keep that in mind. Kitchen was stocked well enough to cook. The house is close to so much!

Clayton and Austin were truly the best host I've ever encountered. They were hands-on to answering all my questions. They gave awesome restaurant suggestions. Their home was absolutely beautiful and located very close to the pool area (that's a bonus). They grounds were clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend.

A great place to stay in Myrtle Beach! It’s location is close enough to get to all of the local amenities, beach, etc., but still distant enough to have some peace away from the busy tourist area. When we first arrived around 5:30pm, our A/C was not working. I messaged Steven and his co-hosts, and his co-host, Austin, was extremely quick to respond and continued conversation with me as they contacted an HVAC tech. They had a tech out to us THAT NIGHT and he was able to fix the problem and we didn’t have anymore A/C issues after that. We loved the pool area and the local recommendations given to us by the hosts! It was an overall great stay for our first trip to MB!

We stayed at Steve’s place and everything was wonderful. His communication, fast responses, and mannerism was on point at all times. The home itself was lovely and we had no complaints. Steve also recommended some nice food spots nearby. Being in a nice home makes a vacation and I can definitely say that this was a wonderful vacation!

We had an awesome time at your airbnb. The pictures are as advertised. The place was spotless and the communication was superb. This location was only 10 minutes from Broadway Shops. We were given directions to checkin but it was so late when we drove in we didn't pay close attention to the instructions...but even in the late hour the host answered phone and made sure he stayed on phone while we checked in and also ask was there anything else we needed. Any questions we had were promptly answered and taken care of immediately. You guys are Awesome Hosts and we will definitely be back to stay here on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Great experience and location! The ocean was 10 minutes away and Broadway was down the street. Steven was a great responsive host and recommended a lot of great restaurants!

This place was very cozy. Place was very clean. Only complaint was noisy people upstairs but not much you can do or predict who will be upstairs. Bed can be updated. Overall it was a wonderful place. I would definitely stay again.

This was my boyfriend and Is first time using air bnb so we were a little nervous but this air bnb was absolutely perfect and felt like being at home. Everything was clean which made the stay more comfortable. Everything that is described is provided and I believe the hosts went above and beyond! The area is great as well and is super close to all the fun activities to do. If you have any questions Steven answers right away, 10/10 stay!

The place is in the perfect location and it’s very cute and nicely decorated. However there are some updates that could be done to rly bring this place to a 5 star listing. The couch is very uncomfy. The kitchen is fine but the dishwasher is old and missing the spring and fell and hit me in the shin twice. It’s mostly just outdated and even could use some more modern kitchen appliances like an airfryer. The bedroom is clean but the sheets are tissue paper thin and very old and pilling and scratchy which was super uncomfy trying to fall asleep. I would stay here again I would just love to see them spend a little bit to make some minot upgrades that would make this place just like home ❤️

Good spot for the price. The bed and couch are very soft, so if you have back offers keep that in mind. Kitchen was stocked well enough to cook. The house is close to so much!

Clayton and Austin were truly the best host I've ever encountered. They were hands-on to answering all my questions. They gave awesome restaurant suggestions. Their home was absolutely beautiful and located very close to the pool area (that's a bonus). They grounds were clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend.

A great place to stay in Myrtle Beach! It’s location is close enough to get to all of the local amenities, beach, etc., but still distant enough to have some peace away from the busy tourist area. When we first arrived around 5:30pm, our A/C was not working. I messaged Steven and his co-hosts, and his co-host, Austin, was extremely quick to respond and continued conversation with me as they contacted an HVAC tech. They had a tech out to us THAT NIGHT and he was able to fix the problem and we didn’t have anymore A/C issues after that. We loved the pool area and the local recommendations given to us by the hosts! It was an overall great stay for our first trip to MB!

We stayed at Steve’s place and everything was wonderful. His communication, fast responses, and mannerism was on point at all times. The home itself was lovely and we had no complaints. Steve also recommended some nice food spots nearby. Being in a nice home makes a vacation and I can definitely say that this was a wonderful vacation!

This is a very nice place to stay at. Convenient to many places for entertainment, dining, golf, and beaches. A very responsive host with great recommendations! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had an awesome time at your airbnb. The pictures are as advertised. The place was spotless and the communication was superb. This location was only 10 minutes from Broadway Shops. We were given directions to checkin but it was so late when we drove in we didn't pay close attention to the instructions...but even in the late hour the host answered phone and made sure he stayed on phone while we checked in and also ask was there anything else we needed. Any questions we had were promptly answered and taken care of immediately. You guys are Awesome Hosts and we will definitely be back to stay here on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.
