Your next vacation spot? Myrtle Beach Resort! This unit is on the first floor (ramp accessible) - it will only take a few minutes to walk to the beach. The resort has amenities galore - which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, playground and more!

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

PLEASE NOTE: The resort will charge a $10 daily parking fee per vehicle, payable by credit or debit card only at the security gate upon arrival. For guests with extended stays, the monthly parking rates are as follows:
- $50 per month during January, February, March, October, November, and December
- $100 per month during April through September
For your convenience, you can also reserve and pay for parking online in advance through the resort’s prepaid parking website, which is now active and available for use.

Entry: 1st floor - ramp accessible. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.

Family room: Spacious! Access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. Peak of the ocean!

Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Attached bathroom.

Bathroom 1: Full bathtub and shower.

Bedroom 2: Double & twin in bunk style!

Bathroom 2: Full bathtub and shower in the hallway.

Balcony: Very spacious (elongated!) and private balcony with peak of the ocean!

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: On-site laundry machines are located just steps from your unit down the hallway. Cost is $4.00 per load. Please note that none of the new machines accept cash or coins. You must download the app, then either scan the QR code or enter the machine number located on the unit to start the cycle.

Great Location in Myrtle Beach

We recently booked a trip to Myrtle as a family of 5. We stayed at a two bedroom condo that was located in a complex that was right on the beach, and was super convenient to our activities in Myrtle, Murrells Inlet, and Pawleys Island. The condo was warm and inviting and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Location was great, Condo was great, and the Host was very responsive and helpful. Thanks to all for helping make our Christmas vacation great!

We planned a last-minute family trip to Myrtle Beach. We found this fantastic two-bedroom condo close to all our events. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms were spacious with cozy beds. The kitchen had all the essentials needed. The condo was located in a perfect approximation to all our events. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Place was nice same for location The only issue I had was with the bunk beds We had to give the main room to my parents and I and wife had to used the bunk beds Overall the place was clean and comfortable I will recommend it

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Steven's condo. The condo is decorated in a very aesthetically pleasing beach theme while also being so very comfortable. We felt right at home. Our children commented that's it's the nicest place that we have stayed. The condo provided all the amenities that you could ever need during your stay. The resort is lovely. Our kids absolutely loved all the pool options. And the beach is just a few steps away. We also enjoyed walking along the ponds to look for turtles, geese and ducks. Steven's condo is a great place to come back to relax after days and nights spent exploring all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. We would absolutely stay at Steven's condo again!!

Steven's place was nice and clean and matched the description. The unit is on the first floor with a partial beach view which was ideal for us. The only downside is the grounds and playground could use a little updating, but nothing too serious. I would recommend to friends and family.

The location was perfect, only a few steps to the beach. The place was clean and Steven was very responsive. My daughter loved the indoor pool that was in the building in front of us. My only complaint was that the bed in the main room was not a king size, more like a queen. Also, about the resort itself it could get a little loud in the hallway outside our room and the playground needs major updating.

It is all about location. On the beach, gated community with security on site, away from the crowds. Walking the beach is always therapeutic! This is the most well stocked kitchen we've experienced. Above the norm. Made cooking our meals effortless. Our hosts were extraordinary! Always responded immediately and did their absolute best to fulfill our requests. Top notch!
