Would recommend staying here. I would recommend bringing a wagon, it's almost a half mile walk to the beach. We brought our wagon to haul all our beach items and our toddler. The property is very nice and has lots to do. Parking wasn't a problem either, we always found a spot somewhere near our room. We had a nice stay here at Myrtle Beach .

We really had a great time. Our vacation didn't start great but the host and resort were quick to respond which made our short time there wonderful. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of the situation when we arrived. Otherwise, it was exactly as described.

Our stay was exactly what my family needed! The location was within walking distance of the beach and variety of pools. We felt right at home and our host was excellent. We definitely would book again!

Had a great stay overall. Great location for a family with young kids. The unit was very clean upon arrival and had all the basic essentials in the kitchen (would recommend bringing your seasonings like salt if you cook a lot). There were a few camping chairs, a beach umbrella, and skim boards which came in very handy so we didn’t have to bring our own. Next to the beach there was a beach toy library so we didn’t have to bring those either. All around would stay here again, my only critique is that the price was a little high for not being right on the beach. It was a 9 minute walk to the beach access, which isn’t bad unless you are toting kids and a wagon. But distance to the pool was great, and we loved the lazy river.

This was my first trip to Myrtle Beach and I had my almost 2 year old with me. We had an absolute blast. It’s a short walk to the beach (would recommend a wagon for littler kids) and tons of great amenities that is great for all ages. My family and I will definitely be visiting again!

on arrival early evening we had a initial issue with the code lock but we used the contact number given and we were in within minutes which was reassuring.. the accomadation had a safe homely feeling about it .resort staff are constantly cleaning tidying and emptying bins around the site keeping it looking pristine and very well kept there were a couple of maintenance issues which as soon as we contacted the hosts were dealt with on same day by their maintenance man who was extremely capable polite and efficient when faced with a major storm and tornado threat hosts contacted us throughout to check on us to ensure our safety and wellbeing which was reassuring all in all this is great accomadation to stay at with very good hosts Just be aware on closed season the shop and restaurant on site are not available

So first off the owners Austin/Clayton were INCREDIBLY kind, helpful, and VERY responsive. I’d 100% rent from! The actual condo needed some work however. When we arrived it was dirty, pee around the toilet, shower curtain had mold/mildew, drawers in main bedroom broken, blinds broken. The main bedroom had no storage really, it was difficult to have a suitcase in there and open it so we left ours in the main living area. Not enough towels for 4 people to use. No pool towels to use and no place to hang wet stuff from the beach/pool. The second bedroom had a broken middle window. It smelled of stale cigarettes and the back patio had an old rug with cigarette ashes on it draped over what looked to be a deck box? The screen door was broken/screen torn, my daughter almost cut her hand on it. The walk to the beach is 0.31 of a mile one way. A wagon would be VERY helpful. The pool in the tall building was out of order and we couldn’t use it. The main outdoor pool was decent/needs work though.

Steven was very helpful with getting us in a little early and offering recommendations for places to eat at. He offered extra things like beach chairs, boogie board, umbrellas, etc When communicating he was very quick to respond and always very positive. The location was great, endless things to do. Well Worth the price for wonderful memories made. Sidenote: everyone we interacted with at the Myrtle Beach Resort was friendly and helpful as well.

Let me start by saying we were a family of five - two adults and three kids(8, 4, 10 month old) - looking for a place to stay kind of last minute. For the price and per what the listing said, this place seemed like the best option - and let me tell you, we were way more than satisfied! It was in our budget AND located very close to the beach. You can’t see the beach from the property but it’s a very short walk that our kids had no problem walking multiple days. There are multiple pools on the property and the drinks at the oceanfront pool snack bar are great(if that’s your thing). The unit itself was spacious. There were plenty of towels for use and plenty of kitchen items if we wanted to cook. The hosts were quick to respond and make local suggestions. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants very close to the unit. Very private. I’m running out of space in this review but definitely recommend if you’re a family looking for a place in myrtle beach!! Easy check in and parking was fine
