Myrtle Beach Resort! This unit is on the 15th floor of the Renaissance Tower - it will only take a few minutes to walk to the beach. The resort has amenities galore - which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, playground and more!

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

PLEASE NOTE: The resort will charge a $10 daily parking fee per vehicle, payable by credit or debit card only at the security gate upon arrival. For guests with extended stays, the monthly parking rates are as follows:
- $50 per month during January, February, March, October, November, and December
- $100 per month during April through September
For your convenience, you can also reserve and pay for parking online in advance through the resort’s prepaid parking website, which is now active and available for use.

Entry: Elevator. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Studio Unit: Studio-style unit featuring a comfortable living area, full kitchen, and a private sleeping area with ocean views. The sleeping area is separated from the living space by a curtain rather than a traditional door. The unit also includes built-in bunk beds along the wall, making it a great option for families or small groups. Sleeper sofa, as well! Please note: this is a studio room.

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom, stand up shower.

Other: Brand new 55" TV, dressers, shelving, end tables, recently renovated refrigerator, dishwasher, new pillows, and a new mattress on the sleeper sofa. Boogie boards, two chairs, a beach umbrella, and sand toys.

Balcony: Ocean view!

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: On-site laundry machines are located just steps from your unit down the hallway. Cost is $4.00 per load. Please note that none of the new machines accept cash or coins. You must download the app, then either scan the QR code or enter the machine number located on the unit to start the cycle.
