It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: 1 assigned parking spot underneath the building (clearance of 6.5') - labeled with the unit number. You will have a parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. There are also 6 dedicated 'visitor' spots for the complex that are available on a first come first serve basis, monitored by the HOA. To reiterate, only 1 vehicle parking spot is guaranteed. The HOA asks that no guests have trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 1st floor (raised off the ground, stairs required - no elevator). Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Completely Renovated! Fully stocked - Includes essentials, cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Dual coffee machine.

Family room: Enjoy the abundance of natural light - corner unit! Sleeper sofa. Apple TV and cable!

Bedroom 1: King bed! Apple TV and cable. Bathroom attached.

Bathroom 1: Newly updated! Must-see stand up shower with rain head!

Bedroom 2: Two twin XL beds. Apple TV and cable. **PHOTOS COMING SOON**

Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms.

Balcony: Beautiful Oceanfront view. Unparalleled! Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool/hot tubs: There is a complex swimming pool. April 1st through October 14th. Operation hours and dates are determined by the HOA. Complex BBQ grill.

Beach: 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys available for your use! Walk just steps away from the unit and you will find a beach access. Enjoy our beautiful coastline!

Other: Pack N' Play & Booster chair available.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines in unit!

This was our first Air BnB at Myrtle Beach being that we usually stay at hotels and it was PERFECTION!!! This place is amazing. Very well kept and clean. Beach is right outside. The host Steve was very responsive and even gave some suggestions on some restaurants in the area. Will definitely stay here again when we come back for our anniversary ?

we enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the extra little things that were included. There were phone chargers in every room, hairdryers in both bathrooms, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee and k cups along with creamer and sweeteners all provided. also there was a little storage closet downstairs with 3 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, sand toys and an umbrella! the room was quiet and we couldn't hear any neighbors. the king bed was comfortable and there were a lot of options on the TV. the kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Kids loved the pool and being close to the beach. we felt very safe there. would definitely stay here again!

The place was very nice!! We loved all the modern appliances and decor. Everything we needed was there! Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and quality kitchenware! The knives in the unit cut like butter. I ended up ordering a set for home once we returned from vacation. My children loved the wireless charging docks, the easy access to the beach and the provided beach chairs w/umbrella. It’s conveniently located between Broadway at The Beach, The Boardwalk, and Barefoot Landing all within 15-20 mins. The unit is on the first floor which was great because there is no elevator. I also enjoyed having a designated parking space under the unit unlike resorts, where it’s a first come first serve parking garage. We also loved the view from the balcony and how we could access the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. The only thing we would note is that the backside of the condo has no siding (not great for pictures). Also, there was no comforter for the pull out bed.

This was a very nice stay with a family. Beach is right outside and quick to go back. The place was amazing with amenities with all you need! The walls are very good with sound that you can’t even hear the neighbors expect for the occasional footsteps steps above but not even that’s noticeable! Will definitely book again!

We had a great experience and would definitely return on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. The unit has been newly remodeled with lots of thought and care. It is just steps to the beach and has beach chairs and umbrella for you to use while spending your days there. The patio that overlooks the ocean is perfect for sipping your coffee in the morning while the sun is coming up or wine in the evenings while it is going down. It is walking distance to many great restaurants but the spacious and open kitchen also has what you need if you want to cook. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Last minute trip to Myrtle Beach, and the condo was amazing! It looks even better than the photos in person. It's a really nice place in a great location. We spent most of our time on the beach, which is just steps away. And we walked to a fantastic Mexican restaurant a few blocks away for dinner. Plenty of other restaurants around there too. We had a wonderful time.

There were phone chargers in every room, hairdryers in both bathrooms, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee and k cups along with creamer and sweeteners all provided. also there was a little storage closet downstairs with 3 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, sand toys and an umbrella! the room was quiet and we couldn't hear any neighbors. the king bed was comfortable and there were a lot of options on the TV. the kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Kids loved the pool and being close to the beach. we felt very safe there. would definitely stay here again!

The place was very nice!! We loved all the modern appliances and decor. Everything we needed was there! Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and quality kitchenware! The knives in the unit cut like butter. I ended up ordering a set for home once we returned from vacation. My children loved the wireless charging docks, the easy access to the beach and the provided beach chairs w/umbrella. It’s conveniently located between Broadway at The Beach, The Boardwalk, and Barefoot Landing all within 15-20 mins. The unit is on the first floor which was great because there is no elevator. I also enjoyed having a designated parking space under the unit unlike resorts, where it’s a first come first serve parking garage. We also loved the view from the balcony and how we could access the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. The only thing we would note is that the backside of the condo has no siding (not great for pictures). Also, there was no comforter for the pull out bed.

This was a very nice stay with a family. Beach is right outside and quick to go back. The place was amazing with amenities with all you need! The walls are very good with sound that you can’t even hear the neighbors expect for the occasional footsteps steps above but not even that’s noticeable! Will definitely book again!

We had a great experience and would definitely return on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. The unit has been newly remodeled with lots of thought and care. It is just steps to the beach and has beach chairs and umbrella for you to use while spending your days there. The patio that overlooks the ocean is perfect for sipping your coffee in the morning while the sun is coming up or wine in the evenings while it is going down. It is walking distance to many great restaurants but the spacious and open kitchen also has what you need if you want to cook. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Last minute trip to Myrtle Beach, and the condo was amazing! It looks even better than the photos in person. It's a really nice place in a great location. We spent most of our time on the beach, which is just steps away. And we walked to a fantastic Mexican restaurant a few blocks away for dinner. Plenty of other restaurants around there too. We had a wonderful time.
