It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 2nd floor unit. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, keurig coffee maker along with drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!

Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating. Pond views!

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a TV & pond views.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Shower/Tub.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds. TV.

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway.

Balcony: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air and pond views.

Pools: There are several unheated pools around the complex pond that are open year round.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

Had an amazing stay here! Very close to everything happening local and the rooms were very clean and fresh. Had great communication with the host. Will definitely be booking here again next time I'm in Myrtle Beach!

We loved this home! It was so beautiful! The host was quick to respond whenever I reached out! The condo was very clean and spacious. The family and I loved the view. Toys to play in the sand as well as beach chairs were provided. I would definitely recommend again. The only thing is we had to put dishes in the dish washer(start the dishwasher) and take the trash out to the dumpster before check out. I personally don’t understand why we had to do any of that when we pay a cleaning fee. I would stay again!

Our experience was amazing , we had to stay in afew days due to the storm but it was a much needed break , great way to bond , the host had lots of family games so it served us well, the place is so beautiful and quiet , great for families will definitely be back ❤️

Steven was an excellent host! The property and space was absolutely beautiful and had so many great extras that were very useful during our stay such as beach chairs, a cooler, and beach toys. Steven was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. We will DEFINITELY book 202 again!!

We stayed for 6 nights, our stay was fantastic. Would have liked to stay longer. Accommodation was great, exactly like the pictures. Clean , bright and airy with nice decor and quality furnishings. Hosts very organised with clear instructions and responsive to any communications. Easy check in and check out, everything went smoothly. One of the best Airbnb places we've stayed in. Would love to stay here again in the future.
